2021 Election: Longmont City Council: Races too close to call

Waters and Rodriguez narrowly hold the lead in each race.

City council incumbent Tim Waters holds a slight lead over fellow incumbent Joan Peck Wednesday morning in the race for Longmont Mayor.

With 15,614 votes cast, Waters is ahead with 40.47% of the vote and Peck with 39.68%. Gregory Harris has 19,85% of the total votes.

In the at-large city council race, incumbent Aren Rodriguez is holding a lead over Shiquita Yarbrough - 21.86 % to 21.44%. Sean P. McCoy has collected 20% of the vote over three other candidates.
