Longmont Public Media will open its doors to the public on January 2, 2020. The old Carnegie Library, located at 457 4th Ave., will be open between the hours of 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.

During the December 3, 2019 Longmont City Council meeting, Regina Cheyney asked council to wave the fee for the CORA (Colorado Open Records Act) request for emails sent from Council Members Polly Christensen and Joan Peck's private email account that concerned official city business.

“These people are part of the Longmont community and deserve to be remembered,” said Joseph Zanovitch.
