The ordinance that would have regulated sitting and lying down in public entryway areas outside certain downtown Longmont public facilities dies as a majority of City Council members indicated they'll vote against the ordinance.

Downtown Longmont’s Summer Concerts continue on Friday, July 28th with the rock ‘n’ roll, country, pop and Americana hybrid sound of Colorado-based Great American Taxi. Longmont’s own Francis and the Wolf will kick off the night at 6:00 p.m.

Drug Violation On Wednesday, July 26, 2017 at about 1547 hours Longmont Police were dispatched to the 2300 block of 17th Avenue on a report of an adult male huffy paint.

Joseph Anderson, the suspect in the SE Longmont WalMart shooting on Sunday, July 23 was arrested (7/26/17) by the Loveland Police Department in a traffic stop.

Longmont Police are looking for witnesses to the accident which occurred at Martin and Ken Pratt (Hwy 119) on July 24 (Monday) in the afternoon.
