This week, The City of Longmont will be completing asphalt work between 6th and 9th Ave and finishing the Main Street project that began June 19, 2017.

Missing Person On Saturday, July 15, 2017 Longmont Police took a report of a missing person from the Applewood Living Center located at 1800 block Stroh Pl. A report was taken and this case has been forwarded to detectives for follow up.

A little-known program in Longmont is helping offenders stay out of the court system and is helping to heal communities. This restorative justice program is conducted by the Longmont Community Justice Partnership (LCJP), a local nonprofit.

WARRANT ARREST On Thursday, July 14, 2017, at 0030 hours, Longmont Police investigated a disturbance in the 1900 block of Terry Street, Longmont. One adult male was arrested for an outstanding warrant and the case was cleared by arrest.

The Weld County Sheriff's Office has completed its independent investigation into the actions of the Longmont Police Department (LPD) and the Longmont Housing Authority (LHA) at The Suites, a property managed by the LHA.
