THE LONGMONT CHORALE

The Vance Brand Civic Auditorium in Longmont, Colorado is set to come alive on Sunday, May 7 at 3pm, as the Longmont Chorale takes to the stage to present a captivating concert of Celtic choral music, titled "Deep Peace to You." This is a family friendly event.
This eagerly anticipated event will feature some of the most beautiful and evocative music of the Celtic tradition, performed by an ensemble of world-class musicians, including the Denver & District Pipe Band and the Highland and Irish Dancers. The Erie Middle School's 8th Grade Choir, under the direction of Abigail Martinez, joins the Chorale as well.
Audience members can expect a diverse range of songs. The Longmont Chorale will showcase their vocal talent with songs such as "Danny Boy," "Star of the County Down" and "Loch Lomond" as well as the title song, "Deep Peace." The Denver & District Pipe Band will perform stirring renditions of several classic tunes on the bagpipes, joining forces with the Longmont Chorale for "Amazing Grace." The Highland Dancers will also delight the audience with their costumes and intricate footwork.
