City Council reviews city manager, city attorney job performance

Longmont City Council Tuesday night were scheduled to meet behind closed doors to conduct performance and salary reviews of City Manager Harold Dominguez and City Attorney Eugene Mei.

The reviews are done in executive sessions without public or media present. 

The regular city council meeting was cancelled. The council was scheduled to convene Tuesday night in its capacity as the Longmont Housing Authority Board of Commissioners.

Dominguez has been Longmont city manager since March 2012 and is paid $247,759.98 a year, according to city spokesman Rigo Leal.  

Mei has been Longmont city attorney since March 2009 and collects an annual salary of $189,345,52.
