City Council tonight will hold a closed door session to conduct a performance evaluation and pay review for City Manager Harold Dominguez.

The executive session begins at 5:30 p.m. Executive sessions are closed to the public and media. A council work session is scheduled for 7 p.m.

Dominguez has been city manager since March 2012. His annual base salary moved from $247,760 to $270,107 after a unanimous vote by the city council in October 2021.

Dominguez also received a retention payment of $40,000 last year which required him to stay with the city for two years or he would have to repay it.
