Council slated to review judge's performance

Executive session begins at 5:30

City Council Tuesday night will review municipal court operations and the salary of Presiding Municipal Court Judge Robert. J. Frick.

The review will take place at an executive session that starts at 5:30 p.m. Executive sessions are closed to the public and media.

Frick currently makes $175,431 in base salary. Voters in 2021 voted to retain Frick as municipal court judge by a 70% margin.

Following the executive session, the council will move to a study session that is open to the public. The study session is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m.
