DA's office is holding a panel discussion on the future of criminal justice reform

The discussion will be moderated by Boulder County District Attorney Michael Dougherty and panelists will be from the Colorado Department of Corrections, the NAACP Boulder County Branch, the Colorado Criminal Justice Reform Coalition and University of Colorado Boulder Police.

The Boulder County District Attorney's Office on June 25 will hold a panel discussion of the future of criminal justice reform following the murder of George Floyd and responding to the pandemic.

The discussion will be moderated by Boulder County District Attorney Michael Dougherty. Panelists will be Dean Williams, executive director, Colorado Department of Corrections; Annett James, president,  NAACP Boulder County Branch; Juston Cooper,  deputy director, Colorado Criminal Justice Reform Coalition, and Doreen Jokerst, chief, University of Colorado Boulder Police.

The DA's office on Wednesay announced that Congressman Joe Neguse also will be a special guest for the event.
