Development Services Center lobby will be closed Tuesday

The Development Services Center lobby will be closed on Tuesday, April 2, 2024, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., for building maintenance operations that include the replacement of a rooftop HVAC system. The southbound lane of Kimbark Street will be closed adjacent to the building to make room for a crane required for the work. The lobby will reopen on Wednesday, April 3, 2024, at 8 a.m.

Please visit the website to apply for a building permit, renew a contractor license, pay a parking ticket, or report a code violation.
