League of Women Voters of Boulder County and Emergency Family Assistance Association to Host Boulder City Council Candidate Forum Sept. 27

The League of Women Voters of Boulder County (LWVBC) and the Emergency Family Assistance Association (EFAA) will be hosting an in-person candidate forum during the 2025 election season to help inform and prepare Boulder voters in selecting four candidates for City Council. This event will take place at the Boulder City Council Chambers, Penfield Tate II Municipal Building, 1777 Broadway, with live streaming available through the city’s YouTube channel. Additional viewing of the events will also be available at Boulder 8 TV (standard definition on channel 8/Comcast in high definition on channel 880).

The Boulder City Council Candidate Forum 

When: Saturday, September 27, 2025, 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM 

Where: City Council Chambers, Penfield Tate II Municipal Building, 1777 Broadway, Boulder Please note, access to the building will be restricted beginning at 10:15 AM 

Community members may submit questions for city council candidates by September 25th using the following link: https://forms.gle/JcYfaBvixYvx56ge9 

The League will review all submitted questions, select and edit for clarity, if necessary, and provide them to the candidate forum moderator prior to the start of each event, along with questions submitted by in-person audience members. Due to time limitations, not all questions will not be asked during the forum. 

Following the live forum, LWVBC will post video recordings of this forum in both English and Spanish on the lwvbc.org website, the LWVBC YouTube Channel, and on VOTE411.org, the League’s online voters’ guide.
