Longmont City Council voted 5-2 to adopt a fee schedule for marijuana stores in Longmont.
Both Councilmembers Santos and Moore voted against the resolution.
The resolution, R-2017-98, sets fees on applications, reviews, licensing, reports, and operations related to marijuana stores such as:
- New License Application Fee: $2500 (City application fee received from the state licensing authority)
- Annual Operating Fee: $15,000
- Late Renewal Application Fee: $7,500
- Extension of Lapse Deadline Application Fee: $3,000
- Transfer of Ownership or Change in Business Structure Application Fee: $3,000
- Change of Location Application Fee: $3,000
- Modification of Premises or Change of Plan Application Fee: $3,000
- Manager Registration Fee: $300
