Longmont City Council Passes First Reading of Two Airport Hangar Lease Ordinances

Longmont City Council unanimously passed the first reading of ordinances O-2018-11 and O-2018-12 which would lease 2 different airport hangar parcels to new tenants.

Longmont City Council unanimously passed the first reading of ordinances O-2018-11 and O-2018-12 which would lease 2 different airport hangar parcels to new tenants.

Ordinance O-2018-11 would approve a twenty-year lease of hangar parcel H12 at Vance Brand Airport to Flying Associated of Longmont, LLC, for an annual sum of $4,898.76.

Ordinance O-2018-12 would, according to city council communication, approve the amendment to allow the current leaseholder, Michael Flannery, change "the name of the legal entity obligated under the Lease to The Michael and Ingrid Flannery Living Trust dated August 4, 2017."

The public hearing and second reading of these ordinances will be held on Tuesday, March 20, 2018.
