WARRANT ARREST

On 11/2/18, Longmont police responded to the 1400 block of Dry Creek Dr. reference a trespass. An adult male transient was arrested for an outstanding warrant.

WARRANT ARREST

On Friday, 11/02/2018 at 0800 hours, Longmont police officers arrested a thirty five year-old man for a Boulder County Warrant for FTC- assault in the 300 block of Lashley Street in the city of Longmont. This case is cleared by arrest.

FRAUD

On November 02, 2018, an identity theft report was received from the 1500 block of Sheri Mar Street. An adult female reported her bank card was stolen and used to make fraudulent purchases. Case is closed.

THEFT

On Friday, 11/2/18, a report was taken reference a theft which occurred in the 2200 block of E. Ken Pratt Blvd. The case is closed as suspects are unknown.

MENACING

On Friday, November 2, 2018, at approximately 1945 hours, Longmont police officers were dispatched to the 1900 block of Main Street in response to a reported menacing. Currently there is no suspect. Case Closed.

MENACING

On Friday, November 2nd, 2018, Longmont officers investigated a menacing on the 2200 block of Main St. Case closed.

DRUG VIOLATION

On 10/19/18, officers contacted a juvenile male in the 600 block of E. Mountain View Ave. in regard to a trespass. He was issued a summons for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

PROTECTION ORDER

On 11/01/2018, Longmont officers responded to the 700 block of Crisman Dr. reference a suspicious situation. An adult male was found to be in violation of a protection order. Case cleared by arrest.

OTHER AGENCY ASSIST

On November 1, 2018, Longmont police responded to the 1700 block of Ken Pratt Blvd. on the report of a male with a warrant. An adult male was arrested. Case closed.

THEFT

On Friday, November 2, 2018 at about 0313 hours, Longmont police were dispatched to the 1600 block of Main Street on a report of a theft. Upon arrival, officers were informed a customer took 2 pair of sunglasses. Case open.

HARASSMENT

On Friday, November 2nd, 2018, Longmont officers investigated a harassment on the 1600 block of Pace St. Case is open.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On Friday, 11/2/18, a report was taken reference a criminal mischief which occurred in the 2400 block of Winding Dr. The case is closed as suspects are unknown.

SEX ASSAULT

On November 2, 2018 Longmont police assisted Boulder County Department of Housing and Human Services with interviews regarding allegations of sex assault on a child by a juvenile sibling. No abuse was disclosed in the interviews and this case is closed.

LOST PROPERTY

On 10/31/18, officers took a report of a lost item in the 600 block of E. Mountain View Ave. Information only.

SHOPLIFT

On Friday, 11/02/2018 at 1353 hours, a Longmont police officer issued a municipal summons for theft in the 500 block of South Hover Street in the city of Longmont. This case is cleared by arrest.

On Friday, 11/2/18, a report was taken reference an attempted theft which occurred in the 2200 block of E. Ken Pratt Blvd. The case is closed as suspect is unknown.

VICIOUS DOG

A Longmont woman was bitten by a dog at the dog park. The owner is unknown at this time.

CHILD

On Saturday, November 3, 2018 at approximately 0548 hours, Longmont police took a report of possible child abuse occurring in the 600 block of Martin St. Investigation revealed there was no specific injury or incident occurring. This case is closed and has been routed to Boulder County Housing and Human Services for information.

SUICIDE ATTEMPT

On November 2, 2018, at approximately 1737 hrs, Longmont police officers were dispatched to the 4000 block of Redmond Dr. on the report of a suicidal adult male. The male was contacted and placed in protective custody. Case is closed.

WARRANT ARREST

On November 3, 2018, at approximately 2113 hrs, Longmont police officers were dispatched to a welfare check in the 600 block of Martin St. An adult male was contacted and had a warrant. He was arrested on his warrant, case is cleared by arrest.

GRAFFITI

On October 26, 2018, at approximately 1739 hrs, Longmont police officers were dispatched to the 200 block of S. Main St. on the report of a criminal mischief. Case will be closed.

FRAUD

On 11/02/2018, at approximately 1600 hours, Longmont police officers responded to the 1600 block of Hover St. for the report of a possible fraud. This case was closed due to lack of suspects.

DISTURBANCE

On November 2, 2018, at approximately 2052 hrs, Longmont police officers were dispatched to the 2700 block of Ken Pratt Blvd. on the report of a criminal mischief. A juvenile male was cited for criminal mischief, case is closed.

SHOPLIFT

On 11/02/2018, Longmont officers responded to the 2500 block of Main St. reference a shoplift. Case cleared by arrest.

DUI

On Friday, November 2, 2018 at approximately 2250 hours, officers conducted a traffic stop in the 600 block of Main St., in the city of Longmont, Boulder County, Colorado. Cleared by arrest.

DISTURBANCE

On Friday, November 2 2018, Longmont police responded to the 600 block of 20th Avenue in reference to a report of an assault. A 29 year-old male reported being assaulted by a 32 year-old male and a 31 year-old male. The case is closed due to lack of probable cause.

WARRANT ARREST

On Saturday, November 3, 2018 at about 0009 hours, Longmont police arrested an adult male in the 1900 block of Mountain View on a Longmont Municipal Court warrant. The male was transported to the Boulder County Jail and held on a $250.00 bond. Case cleared by arrest.

BURGLARY

On Saturday, November 3, 2018, Longmont police responded to a burglary in the 1800 block of Main St. Unknown suspects forced entry into a business and stole 3 bicycles. The case is closed due to lack of suspect information.

WARRANT ARREST

On 11/03/18, the Longmont Police Department contacted a 39 year-old male near a glass break alarm. The male was not associated with the alarm but had an active warrant for his arrest. The male was arrested on the warrant and transported to the Boulder County Jail. Cleared by arrest.

PEDESTRIAN CONTACT

On November 3rd, 2018, officers contacted one adult male who was known to have arrest warrants in the 300 block of Main Street. He was arrested on several active arrest warrants. Case cleared by arrest.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Saturday, November 3rd, 2018, Longmont officers were dispatched to a domestic in the 400 block of Verdant Circle. One adult male was taken into custody. Case cleared by arrest.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Saturday, 11/03/18, Longmont police investigated a Domestic Violence incident that occurred in the 1700 block of Cambridge Dr. Although the adult female victim was not cooperative in providing any information, a suspect was identified.

On Saturday, November 3rd, 2018, Longmont officers were dispatched to a criminal mischief in the 300 block of 15th Ave. No suspect information. Case closed.

On November 3rd, 2018 at approximately 1500 hours, Longmont police were dispatched to the 1400 block of Sherri Mar St. Longmont, CO in reference to an attempted auto theft and first degree criminal trespass. This case is closed due to lack of suspect information.

SHOPLIFT

On Saturday, November 3, 2018 at approximately 1902 hours, officers responded to the 500 block of S. Hover St., in the city of Longmont, Boulder County, Colorado, for the report of a shoplift. Cleared by summons.

STABBING

On November 3, 2018, Longmont police responded to the 1600 block of Main St. on the report of a disturbance and possible stabbing. An adult male was found to have been stabbed. Witnesses on scene were spoken with and it was determined the male was guilty of third degree assault and domestic violence. He was medically cleared and later transported to the Boulder County Jail. Case is cleared by arrest.

DISTURBANCE

On Tuesday, October 30, 2018, officers responded to the 1400 block of Pratt St. in regards to a disturbance over a civil matter. No charges will be filed at this time. Case closed.

DUI

On November 11, 2018, officers conducted a traffic stop in the intersection of 17th Ave. and Gay Street. Two adult females were contacted. The driver was arrested on DUI related charges. Case cleared by arrest.

SHOPLIFT

On 10/27/2018, Longmont police received a report of a cold theft that occurred in the 1100 block of Ken Pratt Blvd. There is no suspect information and this case will be closed.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On November 2, 2018, officers responded to the 1400 block of Emery Street on a report of a domestic disturbance. One adult female and one adult male were contacted. A small child was also in the home. The female was arrested on 3rd Degree Assault and Domestic Violence related charges. Case cleared by arrest.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On November 3, 2018, Longmont police took a report of an attempted first degree criminal trespass of a vehicle on McCall Place. This case is open for further investigation and suspect identification.

WARRANT ARREST

On Saturday, November 3, 2018 at about 2322 hours, Longmont police arrested an adult male in the 2000 block of Main Street on a Longmont Municipal Court Warrant. The male was transported to the Boulder County Jail and held on a $25.00 bond.

THEFT

On 11/03/18 the Longmont Police Department responded to an attempted theft in the 1300 block of Garden Circle. An unknown male suspect attempted to steal a recreational motorized bicycle belonging to a 28 year-old male. The male suspect fled when seen by a witness and was not located by officers. Case closed due to a lack of investigative leads.

DUI

On Sunday, 11/04/18 at approximately 0112 hours, Longmont police conducted a traffic stop in the 900 block of Emery St. An adult male was arrested for DUI and other charges. Case cleared by arrest.

WARRANT ARREST

On 11/04/18, the Longmont police department initiated a traffic stop in the area of Ken Pratt Boulevard and South Martin Street. A 43 year-old male was arrested on a warrant, was transported to the Longmont Police Department for processing, and posted bond. Cleared by arrest.

TRESPASS

On November 4, 2018 at approximately 1100 hours, officers were dispatched to Mountain View Cemetery reference an adult male sleeping on top of a grave. The adult male was issued a summons for trespassing and open container.

FOLLOW UP

On 11/04/2018 (Sunday) at approximately 1106 hours, officers responded to the 1600 block of 9th Avenue on a follow-up. During the follow-up, an adult female accepted a ride to a local hospital. The female was placed on a mental health hold. Case closed.

DISTURBANCE

On Sunday, November 4, 2018, officers responded to the 1600 block of Pace St. in regards to a verbal disturbance. A male stated a female ran into his shopping cart with her vehicle, and the female stated a male ran his shopping cart into the side of her car. Officers are awaiting video. Case open.

MITTIMUS ARREST

On 11/04/2018, Longmont police responded to the 200 block of Main St. referencing a cold escape report. Police collected the information, and a warrant was drafted for the suspect's arrest.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On Sunday, November 4, 2018, officers took a report of a vehicle break in, in the 700 block of Megan Ct. A vehicle was damaged. There are no suspects at this time. Case closed.

HARASSMENT

On 11/04/18, officers responded to the 500 block of Abbey Dr. on a report of a family disturbance. Case is closed and referred to DHHS for their information.
