BURGLARY

On 4/24/19, a Longmont resident reported burglary in the 2700 block of Nelson Road. This case is closed due to a lack of suspect information.

BURGLARY

On Saturday, 4/27/2019 at approximately 1633 hours, police responded to the 2500 block of Main Street in relation to a shoplift, later determined to be a burglary. An adult male was arrested on burglary and other charges. This case was cleared by arrest.

ASSAULT

On Thursday, April 25, 2019, officers responded to the 200 block of Kimbark Street on a report of an assault. A report was filed and the case is closed.

DISTURBANCE

On 4/25/19, Longmont police responded to the area of Highway 66 and Main Street on a report of an out of control nine year-old male who ran away from home after threatening to assault his mother with a stick. Officers and the CORE team contacted the boy, who was eventually de-escalated and returned to the custody of his aunt. This case is closed.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On Friday, 4/26/19 at approximately 0553 hours, officers were dispatched to a cold criminal mischief located in the area of 21st Avenue and Collyer Street. Officers learned a burglary was involved and an adult male victim’s car vandalized. This case is open.

BURGLARY

On April 26, 2019, Longmont police investigated a burglary of an apartment complex under construction on Homestead Parkway. This case is open and further investigation pending.

SEX ASSAULT

On Friday, April 26, 2019 at approximately 0944 hours, officers took a report of a possible sex assault which occurred in the 1300 block of Vivian Street. This case is closed.

VICIOUS DOG

A Longmont man got bitten while breaking up a dog fight.

DISTURBANCE

On April 26, 2019 at approximately 1755 hours, Longmont officers responded to the 800 block of Meeker Street on a report of a disturbance between an adult male and a juvenile male. Officers took a report for information. This case is closed.

SHOPLIFT

On March 26, 2019, officers responded to the 2200 block of East Ken Pratt Boulevard on the report of an attempted theft from a business. One juvenile male fled the scene prior to officer arrival. Due to a lack of further suspect information, this case will be closed.

SUSPICIOUS SITUATION

On Friday, April 26, 2019, officers responded to the 800 block of 5th Avenue on a report of a criminal mischief. A juvenile male was referred to the Longmont Restorative Justice Program and this case was closed.

DUI

On Friday, 4/26/19, Longmont police officers responded to the area of 9th Avenue and Alpine Street in reference to a property damage accident. An adult male was contacted and later arrested for DUID. This case was cleared by arrest.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On April 26, 2019 around 2220 hours, Longmont officers responded to the 2100 block of Addie Rose Lane in response to a domestic in progress involving an adult female and an adult male. Officers took an information report. This case is closed.

DUI

On 4/26/19, officers stopped a vehicle in the area of 9th Avenue and Main Street for a traffic violation. After an investigation it was found that the adult male driver was intoxicated and was arrested for alcohol related traffic charges. This case was cleared by arrest.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Saturday, April 27, 2019 at approximately 0515 hours, officers responded to the 1300 block of Baker Street on a report of a domestic disturbance. Two people were contacted, and were arguing throughout the night. This case is closed.

BURGLARY

On Saturday, April 27, 2019 at approximately 0755 hours, officers responded to the 2000 block of 15th Avenue for the report of an in-progress burglary. This case was cleared by arrest.

BURGLARY

On Saturday 4/27/19 at approximately 0833 hours, officers were dispatched to the area of 15th Avenue and Sunset Street regarding a cold burglary. Officers learned an unknown suspect(s) had entered through a garage and stolen a bicycle and table saw. This case is open.

THEFT

A Longmont resident reported theft in the 900 block of Longs Peak Avenue. This case was closed due to a lack of viable suspect information.

THEFT

An employee from a Longmont business reported theft in the 500 block of South Hover Street. This case was closed due to a lack of viable suspect information.

ANIMAL COMPLAINT

The Longmont Police Dept received a report of a dog who passed away from injuries. This case is currently under investigation.

WARRANT ARREST

On Saturday, 4/27/19, Longmont police arrested an adult male on an outstanding warrant in the 1400 block of South Collyer Street. The male was booked and later transported to the Boulder County Jail. This case was cleared by arrest.

OTHER AGENCY ASSIST

On Saturday, April 27, 2019 at approximately 1540 hours, officers responded to the 1700 block of East Ken Pratt Boulevard on a reported sex assault. Officers contacted an adult female who wanted to report that she was sexually assaulted on Monday, April 22, 2019 in Indiana. Officers

contacted the jurisdiction in Indiana where the sex assault occurred and collected evidence. An information report was completed to document the incident. This case is closed.

PROTECTION ORDER

On Thursday, April 27, 2019, a Longmont Police Officer assisted with a restraining order violation, which took place in the 1000 block of 16th Avenue. This case is open pending arrest.

SUICIDE ATTEMPT

On 4/27/19, Longmont police responded to the 1700 block of 11th Avenue in reference to a possible heroin overdose. Police collected the available information, and one subject was placed in protective custody and transported to an area hospital without incident. This case is closed.

SEX ASSAULT

On April 27, 2019, officers took a report of an unlawful sexual contact incident that occurred in the area of the 1000 block of Ken Pratt Boulevard. Due to a lack of victim cooperation, this case will be closed.

WELFARE CHECK

On Saturday, April 27, officers responded to the 1300 block of Gay Street on a report of a welfare check. An adult male was transported to the hospital and put on a mental health hold and this case was closed.

FRAUD

On Saturday, 4/27/19, Longmont officers were dispatched to a forgery in the 2300 block of Clover Basin Drive. No suspect information is available. This case was closed.

GRAFFITI

On Saturday, April 27, 2019, officers responded to the 700 block of Memory Lane on a report of graffitti. The Longmont G.E.A.R. team was notified for removal and the case is closed.

HARASSMENT

On 4/27/19, officers investigated a possible harassment in the 1600 block of Sumner Street. An adult male stated an adult female threatened his life. After investigation, a lack of probable was established and the case will be unfounded.

DUI

On April 28, 2019, officers were dispatched to the 1300 block of South Coffman Street on a report of a noise/driving complaint. Three adults were contacted in a vehicle in the area. The male driver was arrested for DUI related charges. This case was cleared by arrest.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Sunday, April 28, 2019, Longmont officers responded to the 00 block of 9th Avenue on a domestic. This case is open.

WARRANT ARREST

On 4/28/19 at 0450 hours, officers were dispatched to the 700 block of South Sherman Street on a call of a trespass. An adult male resident of Aurora was found to have arrest warrants from outside Longmont and was arrested. The matter is cleared by arrest.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

On Sunday, April 28, 2019 at approximately 1830 hours, officers responded to the area of Weld County Road 1 and Ken Pratt Boulevard to check the welfare of a motorcycle driver who fell off their motorcycle. An adult female was contacted and placed under arrest for driving under the influence of alcohol. This case was cleared by arrest.

ASSAULT

On Sunday, April 28 2019, Longmont police responded to the 1600 block of Kimbark Street in reference to a report of an assault. A 17 year-old female reported being assaulted by a 37 year-old female. This case was closed due to a lack of probable cause.

SHOPLIFT

On April 28, 2019, Longmont police took a report of a shoplifting in the 2500 block of Main Street. An adult male was issued a summons and released. This case was cleared by arrest.

THEFT

On Sunday, April 28, 2019, officers responded to the 1600 block of Main Street on a report of a stolen cell phone. A report was taken and the case is closed.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On April 27, 2019, Longmont police took a report of a criminal mischief in the 1400 block of Emery Street. This case was closed due to a lack of suspect information.

PROTECTION ORDER

On Saturday, April 27, 2019 at approximately 1845 hours, officers of the Longmont Police Department conducted a traffic stop in the area of Collyer Street and Emery Drive. An adult male was arrested for a restraining order violation and a female was issued a summons for driving on a revoked license. This case was cleared by arrest.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Friday, 4/26/19, Longmont Officers were dispatched to a harassment in the 1300 block of Dry Creek DrIve. This investigation is ongoing, and the case is open.

WARRANT ARREST

On Saturday, April 27, 2019 at approximately 2137 hours, officers of the Longmont Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a bicycle in the 100 block of Emery Street. An adult male was arrested on an outstanding warrant. This case was cleared by arrest.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On April 27, 2019 around 2220 hours, Longmont police responded to the 1500 block of Main Street on report of a domestic in progress. An adult male was arrested on a warrant and an adult female was arrested on domestic violence related charges. This case was cleared by arrest.

SEX ASSAULT

On the night of 4/27/19, an adult male resident of Longmont reported he had been sexually assaulted by an adult female suspect resident of Ft.Collins on 4/19/19 while in the 1300 block of Dry Creek Drive in Longmont. This case is open and under further investigation.

INJURY ACCIDENT

On 4/28/19, Longmont police responded to the area of Ken Pratt Boulevard and South Hover Street in reference to an injury accident with an adult male driving a motorcycle. The male was later transported to the hospital for treatment for his injuries. This case is open and has been forwarded to the traffic division for follow-up.

DEATH

On April 28, 2019, officers responded to the 1600 block of Willodene Drive in regards to an unattended death. An adult female was discovered deceased. There was nothing suspicious found. This case is closed.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On 4/28/19, officers took a report of a vehicle trespass in the 1000 block of Red Oak Drive. This case is closed as there are no suspect leads.

SHOPLIFT

On April 28, 2019, Longmont officers responded to the 2400 block of Main Street on a call of shoplifting. A summons was issued to one adult male. This case is closed.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Sunday, April 28, 2019, officers responded to the 1400 block of Cedarwood Drive on a report of a domestic. This case is open and under investigation.

THEFT

On Sunday, April 28, 2019, Longmont police took a report of a stolen license plate. No suspect leads at this time. This case is closed.
