FRAUD
A Longmont resident reported forgery and theft in the 400 block of Judson Street. This case is open.
MISSING PERSON
A Longmont, CO resident from the 700 block of Crisman Drive was reported missing.
MENACING
On Thursday, December 19, 2019, at approximately 0200 hours, the Longmont Police Department responded to a menacing with a handgun in the 800 block of Martin St. One adult male was taken into custody. The case is cleared by arrest.
WARRANT ARREST
On 12/19/2019 a 31 year old female was arrested on 4 outstanding warrants after being released from the hospital. She was transported to the Boulder County Jail.
DRUG VIOLATION
On October 11, 2019, the Longmont Police Department began investigating a case related to illegal narcotics distribution within the City of Longmont.
PEDESTRIAN CONTACT
On 12/17/2019 (Tuesday) at approximately 1036 hours Officers responded to the 1600 block of Main Street and met with an adult male who was suffering from mental illness. The male was taken into protective custody and transported to a local hospital for an assessment.
HIT AND RUN ACCIDENT
On December 18, 2019 Longmont Police investigated a hit and run accident at 17th Ave and Terry St. One adult male was later contacted and arrested.
INFORMATION
On Wednesday, December 18, 2019, officers responded to an allegation of neglect on the 800 block of Widgeon Dr. An investigation was conducted and a report was generated.
DUI
On Wednesday, 12/18/19 at approximately 1311 hours, employees of a business in the 1300-block of S Main St called the Longmont Police dispatch center to report a suspected drunk driver who was currently at their establishment. An adult female was contacted and arrested for a felony level DUI offense. Case cleared by arrest.
HARASSMENT
On 12/18/2019 Longmont Police took a report of harassment via a phone call. There are no known suspects.
PROTECTION ORDER
On 12/18/2019 officers conducted a traffic stop in the 1600 block of Main St. An adult male passenger was found to be violating a protection order so he was placed into custody and transported to the Boulder County Jail. The case is cleared by arrest.
THEFT
On December 19, 2019 at approximately 0354 hours Longmont Police responded to the 600 block of S. Emery St. on the report of a theft. Officers gathered available information.
FOLLOW UP
On Thursday, December 19, 2019, the Longmont Police Department began investigating an adult male for failure to register as a sex offender. The case remains open pending additional follow-up.
FDC/CRIM TRESPASS
On Thursday, 12/19/19, a report was taken reference a criminal trespass and theft which occurred in the 3100 Blk. of Almeria Way. The suspects are unknown.
INFORMATION
On Thursday, December 19, 2019, the Longmont Police Department investigated an adult male for violating his bail bond conditions. The information was forwarded to the Boulder County District Attorney's Office.
SEX ASSAULT
Officers took a report of a sex assault in the 1400 block of Alpine St. The case is under investigation.
AUTO THEFT
On Thursday, December 19, 2019, officers responded to the 1000 block of S. Main St, in response to an auto theft. An investigation was conducted and a report was generated.
FRAUD
An employee of a Longmont, CO business located in the 800 block of S. Hover Street reported an attempted theft of merchandise via fraudulent money. There are no investigative leads.
DOMESTIC INCIDENT
On Thursday December 19th, 2019, at approximately 1600 hours, Longmont Police were dispatched to the 500 block of Coffman St. reference a domestic incident. Police contacted an adult male and adult female. The case is currently closed. This report for information only.
SUICIDE ATTEMPT
On 12/19/19 the Longmont Police responded to the area of Horizon Pkwy and Harvard St., reference a welfare check. Witnesses called about a male seated in a vehicle, which was stopped in the middle of the roadway. Upon contacting the male, he expressed suicidal ideation, prompting them to call the police. The vehicle left prior to officers arrival, but was located a short distance away. The male was contacted but was uncooperative with officers. The male was taken into protective custody and transported to the hospital for a mental health evaluation.
SUICIDE ATTEMPT
On December 19, 2019, the Longmont Police Department responded to the 1200 block of Kimbark Street on a suicidal party. A juvenile female was transported to the hospital and placed on a mental health hold.
