THEFT

An employee of a Longmont business reported theft in the 1700 block of Main Street. This case was closed due to a lack of viable suspect information.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

A Longmont resident in the 100 block of Meadow Street reported an incident of vandalism to his vehicle. The case status is closed due to a lack of suspect information.

FRAUD

A Longmont resident reported identity theft which did not occur in Longmont. This case was closed due to a lack of suspect information.

AUTO THEFT

A Longmont resident reported a motor vehicle theft in the 1300 block of South Emery Street. This case was closed due to a lack of suspect information.

WARRANT ARREST

On February 27, 2019, Longmont police contacted a male party with a warrant in the 200 block of Kimbark Street. The male was taken into custody and transported to Boulder County Jail.

PROTECTION ORDER

On February 28, 2019, Longmont police officers responded to a protection order violation that occurred at the 2400 block of 17th Avenue. This case is currently under investigation.

THEFT

On February 28, 2019, a theft report was received from the 1700 block of Main Street. An adult female reported merchandise was stolen from her business. This case is closed.

CRIM MISCHIEF IN PROGRESS

On February 28, 2019, a criminal mischief report was received from the 2100 block of Harvard Street. An adult female reported her porch light was busted out. This case is closed.

THEFT

On 2/24/19, Longmont police officers took a report of a theft from the 300 block of Main Street. At this point there are no suspect leads and the case is closed.

SHOPLIFT

On Wednesday, February 27, 2019 at around 2150 hours, Longmont police responded to the 1200 block of South Hover Street for an active shoplifter. An adult male was arrested and transported to the Boulder County Jail. This case was cleared by arrest.

ASSAULT

On Wednesday, February 27, 2019 at about 2351 hours, Longmont police took a report of an assault that occurred in the 2500 block of Main Street. An adult female advised she was pushed down to the ground by an unknown adult white male. This case is open.

MENACING

On 2/28/19 at approximately 0236 hours, Longmont police officers were dispatched to a phone call of a menacing at the 7-Eleven at 1650 Main Street in Longmont. An adult male was taken into custody. This case was cleared by arrest.

THEFT

An employee reported theft from the 2400 block of 9th Avenue. This case was closed due to a lack of suspect information.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On 2/28/19, officers responded the 2400 block of Airport Road for a report of domestic violence. The report was unfounded. This case is closed.

ASSAULT

On Thursday, 2/28/19 at approximately 1416 hours, officers were dispatched a disturbance resulting from a road-rage incident in the area of Mountain Drive and Clover Basin Drive. Two adult males were involved in the incident. Both male parties later separated and requested a phone call. Officers later learned one of the adult males assaulted the other adult male and left the scene. This case is open.

OTHER AGENCY ASSIST

The Longmont Police Department Cyber Crimes Unit assisted the 20th Judicial District Probation Department with a probation violation investigation. All inquiries need to be directed to the Probation Department.

PROTECTION ORDER

On Thursday, February 28, 2019, officers responded to the 700 block of Martin Street regarding a restraining order violation. An arrest was made. This case was cleared by arrest.

WARRANT ARREST

On Thursday, February 28, 2019 at about 1520 hours, officers with the Longmont Police Department responded to the lobby of the police department for a warrant arrest. An individual had an active warrant. The individual was placed into custody and later released on bond. This case was cleared by arrest.

SHOPLIFT

On Thursday, February 28, 2019 at approximately 1530 hours, Longmont police were dispatched to the 500 block of South Hover Street in reference to a shoplift. Police contacted an adult male. This case was closed and referred to restorative justice.

VICIOUS DOG

On 2/26/19, a man was bitten by his dog while breaking up a dog fight. The dog was surrendered at the Humane Society and the dog was put in quarantine.

WARRANT ARREST

On Thursday, February 28, 2019, officers responded to the 100 block of 9th Avenue in response to a person with an active warrant. An arrest was made. This case was cleared by arrest.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On Thursday, February 28, 2019 at about 1830 hours, officers with the Longmont Police Department responded to the 1600 block of Pace Street for the report of a vehicle trespass. The suspect opened an unlocked vehicle and took a purse. The victim's credit card was used at three stores. This case is closed pending the development of additional leads.

WARRANT ARREST

On 2/28/19, after a brief foot pursuit, officers with the Longmont Police Department located and arrested a juvenile male that had several outstanding arrest warrants. This case was cleared by arrest.

AUTO THEFT

On February 28, 2019, the Longmont Police Department investigated a cold motor vehicle theft which occurred in the 900 block of Main Street. This case is closed.

CHILD

On 0/28/19 at approximately 2215 hours, officers were dispatched in reference to a call of a welfare check in the 1400 block of Emery Street. This case is closed.
