Longmont Police Report: July 20, 2018

THEFT An employee of a Longmont business located in the 300 block of Ken Pratt Blvd. reported a theft of merchandise. The case status is open and has been forwarded for follow up.

THEFT

An employee of a Longmont business located in the 300 block of Ken Pratt Blvd. reported a theft of merchandise. The case status is open and has been forwarded for follow up.

FRAUD

The Longmont Police Department received a report from a mandatory reporting agency regarding an incident of possible elder financial abuse. The case status is closed.

THEFT

A Longmont resident in the 1600 block of Meeker Drive reported a theft. The case status is open and has been forwarded to Detectives for follow up.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Saturday 07/20/2018 at approximately 0001 hours police responded to the 1400 block Venice Lane in relation to a stabbing. The stabbing was self inflicted. A domestic incident was disclosed to police and an adult female was arrested. The case is cleared by arrest.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Friday 072018 at approximately 0105 hours, the Longmont Police Department responded to the 1300 block of Trail Ridge Rd. on a domestic. One adult female was arrested without incident. Case cleared by arrest.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On 072018 at approximately 0517 hours there was a vehicle trespass call at 1100 block of Fall River Cir. Case closed.

On Friday, 07/20/18, a report was taken reference a criminal trespass and theft which occurred in the 1000 Blk. of 15th Ave. The case is closed as suspects are unknown.

On Friday, 07/20/18, a report was taken reference a criminal trespass which occurred in the 2400 Blk. of Mountain View Ave. The case is closed as suspects are unknown.

THEFT

On Friday 07/20/2018 at 1140 hours a Longmont Police Officer investigated a theft which took place at Highway 119 and Greatwestern Avenue in the city of Longmont. This case is closed with no active leads.

WARRANT ARREST

On Friday, 07/20/2018 Longmont Police Officers respond to the intersection of S Sunset St and Pike Rd in reference to a traffic accident. An adult male was contacted and arrested for active arrest warrant. Case Closed - Cleared by arrest.

FRAUD

A Longmont resident in the 2500 block of Sunset Drive reported an incident of identity theft. The case status is closed due to lack of suspect information and jurisdictional issues.

BURGLARY

On Wednesday, 07/18/2018 at approximately 1600 hours, Officers of the Longmont Police Department responded to the 500 block of 8th Avenue in response to a burglary. This case is exceptionally cleared.

INJURY ACCIDENT

On Thursday, 07/19/18, Longmont Police responded to Ken Pratt Boulevard and E 3rd Avenue on an injury accident. A tractor trailor was traveling westbound on Ken Pratt Boulevard and was believed to have run a red light at E 3rd Avenue. The tractor trailer collided with a truck that was southbound on E 3rd Avenue. Driver of the tractor trailer was issued a summons for the accident.

WELFARE CHECK

On Thursday July 19th, 2018 Longmont Police Officers received a call of a welfare check in the 1400 block of Martin St. The welfare of a juvenile male is being investigated. Case is open.

TRAFFIC STOP

On Thursday, July 19, 2018, at approximately 2003 hours, officers of the Longmont Police Department contacted a vehicle in the 1700 block of Harbor Ln. An adult male was arrested for multiple driving charges and a protection order violation. Case cleared by arrest.

VICIOUS DOG

A Longmont male was bitten while trying to break up a dog fight. The dog was quarantined at home.

THEFT

On July 19, 2018 at approximately 2245 hours Longmont Police were dispatched to the 900 block of South Fordham Street on the report of a theft. Due to lack of suspect information this case will be closed.

AUTO THEFT

On July 20, 2018 at approximately 0500 hours Longmont Police responded to the 2400 block of Sherri Mar Street on the report of a stolen motorcycle. Case will be closed due to lack of suspect information.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On Friday, 07/20/18, a report was taken reference an attempted aggravated motor vehicle theft, criminal trespass and criminal mischief which occurred on Emery Wy. The case is closed as suspects are unknown.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On 07/20/2018, Longmont Police responded to the 400 block of Main St. regarding the report of a physical disturbance between (2) subjects. Police investigated the matter, and no arrests have been made. The case is currently closed.

VICIOUS DOG

On 07/20/18, Friday, a Longmont boy received a very minor bite from a dog. The dog has yet to be contained but the owners have been notified.

THEFT

A Longmont resident reported his box trailer was stolen from the 00 block of S. Bowen Street. The case status is closed due to lack of suspect information.

INFORMATION

A Longmont resident in the 2900 block of Lake Park Way reported her telephone number was mis-directed by Verizon. An informational report was filed.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On Friday, 07/20/18, a report was taken reference a criminal mischief which occurred in the 1800 Blk. of Warren Ave. The case is closed as suspects are unknown.

HARASSMENT

On 07/20/2018 Longmont Police responded to a business in the 1000 block of Ken Pratt Blvd. in reference to a party touching an adult female inappropriately. A report was taken and the case is open and under investigation.

FRAUD

On Friday July 20, 2018 at approximately 1708 hours, Officer's took took a cold fraud report at the Longmont Police Department, in the City of Longmont, Boulder County, Colorado. Case open.

SUSPICIOUS SITUATION

On 07/20/2018 officers responded to the area of 21st Ave and Heron Ct on a report of a suspicious citation. Two juvenile males were interviewed and a report was generated for informational purposes only. Case is closed.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On July 20, 2018, Longmont Police Officers responded to the 200 block of S Main St reference a domestic disturbance in progress. It was reported a adult male and an adult female were physically fighting in the area. Through the investigation Officers placed the adult female under arrest on domestic violence related charges. Case cleared by arrest.
