SUSPICIOUS SITUATION

On Sunday, July 22, 2018 Officers were dispatched to the 1500 block of Liberty Ct in reference to a suspicious situation. A report for criminal mischief was taken and the case is closed due to insufficient suspect leads.

OTHER AGENCY ASSIST

On 7-21-18, an officer responded to a hospital in Ft Collins reference a shooting victim there supposedly from an incident on 7-4-18 in Longmont. Investigation revealed the incident happened in Greeley. The matter is referred to Greeley Police and is closed in Longmont.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On 7-22-18, officers responded to a domestic incident in the 900 block of Atwood Street. An information report was taken and the matter is closed.

DRUG VIOLATION

On Sunday 07/22/18, Longmont Police were dispatched to the 1400 block of Dry Creek Dr reference a trespass. An adult male was issued a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia and the case is cleared.

VICIOUS DOG

A loose dog bit a Longmont woman in the 700 block of Bowen Street when she grabbed it from under a car. The dog was placed on quarantine at the Longmont Humane Society.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On July 22nd, 2018 at approximately 1809 hours, Longmont Police investigated a domestic disturbance that occured in the 1200 block of Snowbank Ct. Longmont, CO. An adult female was arrested.

WARRANT ARREST

On Sunday, July 22, 2018, an adult female turned herself in on an outstanding warrant. She was booked and released on bond. Case is cleared.

DUI

On Friday July 20th, 2018 Longmont Officers conducted a traffic stop after observing a vehicle speeding. Upon further investigation one adult male was taken into custody for DUI. Case cleared by arrest.

VICIOUS DOG

A Longmont juvenile was bitten by the family dog. The dog was quarantined at the humane society.

VICIOUS DOG

A Longmont male was bitten by a dog just hit by a car in the 2200 block of Main Street. The dog was transported to Aspen Meadows Vet. The owner was found and the dog was placed on quarantine at home.

BURGLARY

On 072118 the Longmont Police Department took a report of a burglary and trespass which occurred in the 300 block of Baker Street. A 21 year old female reported an unknown suspect entered a yard and residence and stole items from inside the kitchen. Case closed due to a lack of investigative leads.

SUSPICIOUS SITUATION

On 072118 the Longmont Police Department responded to a male party who had entered a residence in the 5900 block of Boundary Place. A 24 year old male was contacted after he entered other garages in the area. The male did not know who he was, where he was and made unusual and suicidal statements. The male was placed on a mental health hold. Case closed.

DUI

On July 22nd, 2018, Officers conducted a traffic stop in the intersection of Mountain View Ave and Main Street. Officers contacted an adult female driver and adult male passenger. The driver was arrested for DUI related charges. Case cleared by arrest.

DUI

On Sunday, 07/22/18 at approximately 0152 hours, Longmont Police conducted a traffic stop in the 400 block of Coffman St. An adult female was arrested for DUI and other charges and she was later transported to the Boulder County Jail. Case cleared by arrest.

SUSPICIOUS SITUATION

On 07/22/18 at approximately 0550 hrs. an adult male and an adult female were arrested for warrants in the area of the 400 block of 21st Ave. Both were later transported to the Boulder County Jail.

LIQUOR LAW

On July 22, 2018, Longmont Police Officers responded to a call of found property in the 1100 block of Grant Street. Through the investigation a juvenile female was identified as the owner. Inside the backpack officers located a small amount of alcohol. The juvenile female was issued a summons to appear on the case. Case closed/summons issued.

BURGLARY

On 07/22/2018 at approximately 1844 hours, Longmont Police responded to the 1900 block of Warren Ave, reference an attempted burglary. A report was taken and the case will remain open pending investigation. Case open.

July 21, 2018

PROTECTION ORDER

On July 21, 2018 Officers were dispatched to the 1200 block of Main Street in reference to a welfare check. A 55 year old male was arrested for a protection order violation. Case cleared by arrest.

WELFARE CHECK

On July 20th, 2018, Officers contacted an adult female on a welfare check in the 2500 BLK of 3rd Ave. She was arrested on several active arrest warrants as well as new charges of MV theft and child abuse. Case cleared by arrest.

DUI

On 07/20/18, Officers with the Longmont Police Department conducted a traffic stop for speeding. Driver was released on a summons.

SUICIDE ATTEMPT

On July 21, 2018 at approximately 0014 hours Longmont Police were dispatched to the 1200 block of Bross Street on the report of a suicidal female. An adult female was placed on a mental health hold and transported to Longmont United Hospital. Case Closed

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Saturday, July 21, 2018 at about 0053 hours, Longmont Police took a report of a domestic disturbance that occurred in the 600 block of Peck Drive. AN adult male was arrested for harassment, child abuse, obstructing, and domestic violence and transported to the Boulder County Jail, no bond. Case cleared by arrest.

CHILD

On 072118 the Longmont Police Department took a report of a runaway from the 1200 block of Hunter Court. An adult female reported her 15 year old daughter as a runaway. Case closed due to a lack of investigative leads.

ANIMAL COMPLAINT

A Longmont veterinary clinic reported a possible case of animal abuse.

SEX ASSAULT

On 07/21/2018, Longmont Police contacted a reporting party by phone regarding the report of a possible cold sexual assault in the 1500 block of Ithaca Ct. Police collected the information, and no arrests have been made at this time. The case is open and under further investigation.

WARRANT ARREST

On Saturday, July 21, 2018, officers made contact with a juvenile female in a parking lot near Ken Pratt and North 119th Street. The female had a warrant for her arrest out of the Boulder County Sheriff's Office. She was placed under arrest and transported to the Boulder County Juvenile Detention Center. The case is cleared by arrest.

WELFARE CHECK

On July 15, 2018 the Longmont Police Department responded to the 2400 block of 17th Ave. on welfare check. An adult female was contacted and placed on a 72 hour mental health hold.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On July, 18, 2018, at approximately 2212 hrs Longmont police officers were dispatched to the 300 block of Belview Ct, for a criminal mischief. No suspect information, case is closed.

PROTECTION ORDER

On 071918 the Longmont Police Department investigated a protection order violation in the 000 block of 9th Ave. A 57 year old woman reported a 48 year old male was in violation of a protection order by living on the premises. This case is open.

VICIOUS DOG

On 07/20/18, Friday, a Longmont boy was bit by a dog in his home while breaking up a dog fight. The dog was placed on a quarantine at home.

DISTURBANCE

On July 20, 2018 Longmont Police responded to a family disturbance in the 3200 block of Lake Park Way. No charges were pressed as the issue surrounded an adult with mental health issues. This report is for informational purposes only and the case is closed.

MISSING PERSON

On 07/20/2018 Longmont Police responded to the 1100 block of S. Gay Drive in reference to a missing juvenile. The juvenile was later found at a family friend's house. A report was taken for informational purposes and the case is closed.

WELFARE CHECK

On July 20, 2018 the Longmont Police Department responded to the area of 4th Ave. and Kimbark St. on a welfare check. An adult female was transported to Longmont United Hospital for medical treatment.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On July 20, 2018, at approximately 2016 hrs Longmont police officers were dispatched to the 1100 block of Sherman St for a criminal mischief. No charges to be filed at this time, case is closed.

DUI

On Friday, July 20, 2018 Longmont Police responded to a traffic accident in the 400 blk of Atwood St. A vehicle was contacted high center on a cement retaining wall. Driver was found to be DUI. He was taken into custody and later transported to the Boulder County Jail. Cleared by arrest.

DUI

On Friday July 20th, 2018 Longmont Officers conducted a traffic stop after observing a vehicle speeding. Upon further investigation one adult male was taken into custody for DUI. Case cleared by arrest.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On Friday 07/21/2018 at approximately 2254 hours police responded to the 4400 block Lucca Drive in relation to a cold criminal mischief. A cold First Degree Criminal Trespass to a Vehicle was also disclosed. The case will be closed due to lack of suspects information.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On 072018 the Longmont Police Department responded to a domestic in the 2100 block of Bowen Street. A 36 year old male ransacked a bedroom and bathroom, dumping out a 32 year old female's property after they had gotten into an argument. The male was arrested for Domestic Violence related Second Degree Criminal Tampering and transported to jail. Cleared by arrest.

WARRANT ARREST

On 072118 the Longmont Police Department responded to cover a Boulder County Deputy on a traffic stop at South Hover Street and Nelson Road. The driver, a 33 year old female, had an active warrant out of the Longmont Municipal Court. The female was arrested, booked and transported to the Boulder County Jail. Cleared by arrest.

TRESPASS

On July 21, 2018, Longmont Police Officers were patrolling in the 300 block of Ken Pratt Blvd. Officers contacted a adult female illegally camping in the area. The female was issued a summons to appear on the violation. Case closed/Summons issued.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Satuday, July 21, 2018 officers responded to the 2000 block of Collyer St to take a report of a domestic situation. Officers responded and investigated a male and female. After investigation no charges will be filed at this time. Case Closed.

THEFT

On July 21, 2018, Longmont Police took a report of a theft in the 1500 block of Northwestern Rd. A report was taken and the case closed due to lack of suspect information.

AUTO THEFT

On July 21st, 2018 at approximately 1846 hours, Longmont Police were dispatched to make a phone call reference an auto theft that occurred in the 1100 block of 15th Ave Longmont, CO. A juvenile male was contacted and referred to restorative justice.

HIT AND RUN ACCIDENT

On July 21, 2018, Longmont Police took a report of a hit and run in the 700 block of 9th Ave. An adult female was spoken to and a report taken. This case is closed due to lack of suspect information.
