WARRANT ARREST
On July 24, 2018 Officers were conducting an extra patrol in the 2100 block of Main Street. A 38 year old male was trespassing and was arrested for outstanding warrants. Case cleared by arrest.
FDC/CRIM TRESPASS
A Longmont resident in the 2200 block of Sherman Street reported a theft from his unlocked vehicle. The case status is closed due to lack of suspect information.
THEFT
The Longmont Police Department received a mandatory report from an outside agency regarding theft from an at risk adult. The case status is open and has been forwarded to Detectives for follow up.
ROBBERY
On Monday, July 23 2018, at approximately 2339 hours, Longmont Police responded to the 1500 block of Main Street in reference to a report of a robbery. A 21 year old male reported he was robbed of a cellular phone by 4 unknown suspects. The case is open.
DUI
On 7-24-18 at 0017 hrs., an off duty LPD officer on his way home was nearly struck by a vehicle driving in the wrong lanes at 3rd Ave and Alpine St in Longmont. An adult male resident of Longmont was later involved in a crash in Boulder County and was arrested (summons) by Colorado State Patrol in regards to that accident. The case in Longmont is open, pending charges.
BURGLARY
On 072418 the Longmont Police Department responded to a burglary on Snowmass Place. An adult male suspect entered a residence and assaulted a juvenile female inside. This case is under investigation.
AUTO THEFT
The Longmont Police Department investigated an auto theft in the 1300 block Judson St. Case is referred to Detectives for follow up.
THEFT
On July 24, 2018 a theft report was received from the 300 block of Collyer Street. An adult female reported her purse was stolen from inside the building. There is no suspect information. Case closed.
FDC/CRIM TRESPASS
On July 24, 2018 a vehicle trespass report was received from the 1600 block of Radcliffe Place. An adult male reported his unlocked vehicle was entered and severals items were stolen from inside. Case is closed.
ATTEMPT TO LOCATE
On Tuesday, 07/24/2018 at about 0942 AM Officers with the Longmont Police Department were dispatched to the 1000 block of Kimbark Street in the City of Longmont, County of Boulder and State of Colorado on a report of a wanted party (detainer). A 15 year old male was taken into custody without incident. Case cleared by arrest.
FRAUD
On July 24, 2018 a fraud report was received from the 700 block of 9th Ave. An adult male reported three counterfeit $50 bills were received as payment of merchandise in his business. There is no suspect information. Case closed.
THEFT
On July 24, 2018 a theft report was received from the 300 block of Sweet Valley Ct. An adult male reported his camera was stolen. There is no suspect information. Case closed.
MENACING
On Tuesday, July 24, 2018 at approximately 2030 hours officers were contacted by two juvenile males. The males wanted to report that two hours earlier an unknown adult male threatened to "pop a plug in them" as he placed his hand on a gun in the waist band of his jeans. There are no suspect leads and the case is closed.
FDC/CRIM TRESPASS
On Monday 07/23/18, Longmont Police responded to the 300 block of Airport Rd reference a vehicle break in and theft. A report was taken, and the case is closed due to no suspect information.
MITTIMUS ARREST
On 07/23/18 at 1343 hrs. a Longmont Police Officer was assigned a mittimus arrest in the Longmont Municipal Court. An adult male was sentenced to tweny days in jail. He was taken into custody and transported to the Boulder County Jail. Cleared by arrest.
BURGLARY
On Monday, July 23, 2018, Longmont Police took a report of a burglary and theft in the 1600 block of Cedarwood Dr. An unidentified male is suspect at this time. Case closed.
WARRANT ARREST
On Monday, July 23, 2018, at approximately 2139 hours, officers of the Longmont Police Department conducted a traffic stop in the area of Great Western Dr and Ken Pratt Blvd. An adult male was arrested on outstanding warrants. Case cleared by arrest.
WELFARE CHECK
On Monday, July 23 2018, Longmont Police were dispatched to a welfare check in the 1600 block of Emery St. A 71 year old male, currenly incarcerated, was reported to be exhibiting signs of dementia. This report was completed for information purposes only. The case is closed.
FRAUD
On 072318 the Longmont Police Department took a report of a forgery and theft which occurred in the 1900 block of Main Street. An unknown suspect passed a forged $20 bill. Case closed due to a lack of investigative leads.
SUICIDE ATTEMPT
On Monday 072318 at approximately 2307 hours, the Longmont Police Department responded to the 1400 block of Monarch Dr. on a welfare check. One adult female was placed on a mental health hold without incident. Case closed.
MISSING PERSON
On Tuesday, 07/24/18 at approximately 0039 hours, Longmont Police were dispatched to contact a party in regards to a runaway juvenile female from the 1400 block of S Collyer St. The juvenile was later located and returned home. Case closed.
CURFEW/JUVI PROBLEM
On Tuesday, 07/24/18 at approximately 0306 hours, Longmont Police contacted two juvenile female pedestrians near Pike Rd and Ridgeview Dr. Both parties were summonsed for curfew violations and returned to their mothers. Case cleared by arrest; summons issued.
FOUND PROPERTY
On Tuesday, June 24, 2018, Officers responded to the 200 block of Kimbark St. reference a safekeeping of property. The case is closed.
