Longmont Police Report: March 6, 2018

CRIMINAL TRESPASS

On Monday, March 5, 2018, at 2335 hours, Longmont Police investigated a vehicular first degree criminal trespass in the 700 block of 9th Avenue, Longmont. The case was closed pending suspect information.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On 03/06/2018, at approximately 0357 hours, Longmont Police responded to the 500 block of Baker Street on a report of a domestic disturbance. A adult male was arrested on domestic violence and menacing charges. The case was cleared by arrest.

WARRANT ARREST

On Tuesday, 03/06/18, the Longmont Police Department contacted Officers with the Boulder County Probation Department. They requested that I complete an arrest on a Boulder County Detainer. The adult male was taken into custody without incident, transported to the Longmont Police Department for booking. He was later transported to the Boulder County Jail. Case Status is Arrest, adult male.

THEFT

On March 06, 2018 a theft report was received from the 200 block of Ken Pratt Blvd. An adult female was contacted who reported a shop lift of beauty supplies from her business. There are no suspect information or workable leads. Case closed.

WARRANT ARREST

On Tuesday, 03/06/18, The Longmont Police Department contacted an adult female in the lobby who had a warrant for her arrest. She was arrested, booked and bonded out. Case Status is Arrest, adult female.

WARRANT ARREST

On Tuesday, 03/06/2018, the Longmont Police contacted an adult male in the 1200 block of Main Street. The male was placed into custody for having an active warrant for his arrest and possession of narcotics. The male was later transported to the Boulder County Jail. Case closed.

MENACING

On Tuesday, 03/06/2018, Longmont Police officers responded to the area of 23rd Ave. and Meadow St., in reference to a domestic violence. The parties were located and the female was arrested for felony menacing and domestic violence. The female was transported to the Boulder County Jail. Case Close.

THEFT

An employee of a Longmont business located in the 2500 block of Main Street reported a theft of merchandise. The case status is closed due to lack of suspect information.

DRUG VIOLATION

On 03/06/2018 at approximately 1630 hours, Longmont Police responded to the 200 block of Main St reference a Community Corrections assist. One adult female was contacted, placed into custody, and transported to Boulder County Jail for a Community Corrections violation. Case cleared by arrest.

INFORMATION

On Monday 03/05/2018 Longmont PD was called on an assist in the 1400 block of Tulip st. No crime committed. Information report only.

VICIOUS DOG

On 03/05/2018, Animal Control was contacted regarding a dog bite to a 5 year old. The dog was a family dog and it was surrendered to the Humane Society and placed on quarantine.

DUI

On Tuesday, 03/06/18 at approximately 0037 hours, Longmont Police conducted a traffic stop in the 800 block of Grand Ave. Two adult males were arrested and booked on new charges and several warrants and an adult female was arrested and later released on a summons. Case cleared by arrest.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On March 6, 2017 Longmont Police Officers were dispatched to the 2400 block of 17th Ave. reference a cold disturbance. Officers learned a adult male and an adult female were involved in a domestic disturbance. No predominant aggressor could not be determined. This case is closed due to lack of evidence.

SHOPLIFT

On Tuesday, 03/06/18, a report was taken reference a theft which occurred in the 2500 Blk. of Main St. The case is under investigation.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Tuesday, March 6, 2018 Longmont Police took a report of a domestic incident. An adult male is suspect. Case sitll under investigation. Case Open.

OTHER AGENCY ASSIST

The Cyber Crimes Unit of the Longmont Police Department assisted Erie Police Department with the investigation of a domestic violence incident. All inquiries need to be directed to the Erie Police Department.

SUICIDE ATTEMPT

On Tuesday, 03/06/2018 at approximately 1700 hours, Officers of the Longmont Police Department responded to the 2200 block of Pratt St. in response to a suicidal female. An adult female was placed on a protective hold. This case is closed.

WARRANT ARREST

On March 6th, 2018 at approximately 1657 hours, Longmont Police were dispatched to the 4400 block of Redmond Dr. Longmont, CO in reference to a disturbance. An adult female was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

THEFT

On Tuesday March 6th, 2018, at approximately 1800 hours, Longmont Police were dispatched to contact a party by phone reference a theft. Police contacted an adult female. The case is closed. 937 submitted.

SHOPLIFT

On March 6, 2018 Longmont Police investigated a shoplift in the 1200 Blk of Hover St. One adult female was arrested and taken to Boulder County Jail.
