The Longmont Leader receives a police report from Longmont Public Safety daily. The police notes are published in full with occasional modifications to exact addresses, individual names and spelling. DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Thursday 05/19.22, officers investigated a traffic complaint in the 000 block of Ash Ct. One adult male was arrested on numerous charges including felony DUI, DV habitual offender, violation of a protection order, and numerous traffic charges. Case cleared by arrest.

THEFT

On Tuesday, 05/04/22, officers were contacted by an adult female regarding the theft of items from her father residence after he passed away. The incident is being investigated.


TRESPASS

On Friday, 05/20/22, officers investigated a trespassing in the 800 block of Baker Street. This case is open.


DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Friday, 05/20/22, officers responded to a welfare check originating in the 3000 block of Hawthorne Circle. A report was taken.

WARRANT ARREST

On Friday, 05/20/22, officers were dispatched to contact a wanted party in the 1000 block of Kimbark St. An adult male was taken into custody on multiple outstanding warrants.

AUTO THEFT

On Friday, 05/20/22, officers were dispatched to a report of vehicle theft in the 1800 block of Donovan Dr.

PROTECTION ORDER

On Friday, 05/20/22, officers investigated a protection order violation in the 1600 block of Flemming Drive. An adult male suspect was later arrested and transported to jail. This case is cleared by arrest.

PROTECTION ORDER

On Friday, 05/20/22,  officers were dispatched to a disturbance in the 1900 block of Mountain View Ave. An adult female was arrested.

WELFARE CHECK

On Wednesday, 05/18/22, police responded to the 2400 block of Main Street in regards to a welfare check. A juvenile female accused her adult mother of threatening her.


DEATH

On Thursday,  05/19/22, police responded to the 1900 block of Terry St., reference an adult male who was unconscious and not breathing. Upon arrival officers found the male was deceased.

THEFT

On Friday 05/20/22, police responded to the 1500 block Nelson Road in relation to a suspicious incident, later determined to be a theft. An adult male was released on a summons.

OTHER AGENCY ASSIST

On Friday,  5/20/22,officers investigated a sex assault that occurred outside the city limits. The case was turned over to an outside agency for further investigation. A report was taken.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On Friday, 5/20/2022, officers were dispatched to the 2200 block of E Ken Pratt Blvd for a report of Criminal Mischief. The owner of the vehicle believed her vehicle was damaged while parked in a parking lot. Surveillance footage of the vehicle in the parking lot was reviewed but there was no evidence of the vehicle being damaged in the parking lot. A report was completed.

WARRANT ARREST

On Friday,  05/20/22, officers conducted a traffic stop in the 300 block of Main St. An adult male was arrested on a warrant.

PROTECTION ORDER

On Friday, 05/20/22, officers were dispatched to the 800 Block of Summer Hawk Dr. in reference to a Restraining Order Violation. A male was contacted near the location and arrested for Violation of Protection Order.

THEFT

On Friday, 5/20/22, a report was taken reference of a criminal mischief and theft of an at risk adult which occurred in the 800 Blk. of Buchanan Ln. The suspects are unknown.


PROTECTION ORDER

On Friday, 05/20/22, officers investigated a protection order violation in the 1600 block of Northwestern Road. An adult male was arrested and transported to jail. This case is cleared by arrest.

DISTURBANCE

On Friday, 05/20/22, officers responded to a disturbance at a residence on the 1300 block of Charles Dr. A 60-year-old female was transported to the hospital on a mental health hold and issued a municipal summons.
