FRAUD

A Douglassville, AL resident filed a report with the Longmont Police Department for an incident of At-Risk Elder Financial Abuse. The case status is open and forwarded to Detectives for follow up.

THEFT

A Longmont resident reported a theft while shopping in the 1600 block of Pace Street. The case status is closed due to lack of suspect information.

SEX ASSAULT

On Wednesday, May 02 2018, Longmont Police responded to a report of a past sexual assault in the 600 block of Goss Dr. A 37 year old male reported the 36 year old mother of his 7 year old daughter was sexually assaulting her. The case is open.

PROTECTION ORDER

On Wednesday 05/02/2018 at approximately 2328 hours police received a call for service in relation to a Violation of a Protection Order (civil) in the 600 block Pratt Street. The case is open.

AUTO THEFT

On Thursday, 05/3/18, a report was taken reference an aggravated motor vehicle theft and theft which occurred in the 1600 Blk. of Emery St. The case is closed as suspects are unknown.

WARRANT ARREST

On Thursday, May 03, 2018, at approximately 2300 hours, an adult male was arrested on an active felony warrant near the 1500 block of Main Street. The case is cleared by arrest.

ASSAULT

On April 29, 2018 the Longmont Police Department responded to the 1600 block of Main St on the report of an assault. An adult male reported being struck in the head by an unidentified male. Due to lack of suspects, case is closed.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On May 1, 2018 Longmont officers investigated a report of a Criminal Mischief in the 1300 block of Judson Street. A juvenile male had egged a residence in the neighborhood, causing damage to the paint. The male has been identified and a warrant will be drafted for his arrest. This case is Closed.

PROTECTION ORDER

On Wednesday, May 2, 2018 at approximately 1347 hours Longmont Police took a report of a protection order violation. Following the investigation it was determined there was no violation, case is closed.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Wednesday, 05/02/2018, Longmont Police Officers responded to the area of 21st Ave and Lincoln St in reference to a domestic violence. Officers contacted an Adult female who was later arrested for driving under the influence. The domestic violence case remains open pending further investigation.

FRAUD

On May 2, 2018 at approximately 2100 hours Longmont Police responded to the 600 block of Martin Street on the report of a fradulent vehicle purchase.

DRUG VIOLATION

On May 02, 2018 Longmont Police responded to the 1200 block of Tulip St on a report of a suspicious situation. A report was taken for informational purposes. Case is closed.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On 050318, Officers responded to the 700 block of Crisman Dr reference a burglary. An adult male reported a female breaking in to his apartment. The case is closed.

FOLLOW UP

On Thursday, May 3, 2018, the Longmont Police Department began investigating an adult male for failure to register as a sex offender. The case remains open pending additional follow-up.

SEXUAL EXPLOITATION OF CHILD

The Longmont Police Department received a report of a possible sexual exploitation of a child. This case had already been investigated by the FBI and determined to be outside the United States of America.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

HOLD On Thursday, 05/03/18, a report was taken reference a criminal trespass and theft which occurred in the 500 Blk. of Sugarmill Pl. The case is closed as suspects are unknown.

CHILD

On Thursday, 05/03/2018, Longmont Police Officers responded to the area of Tulip st and Stroh Pl.

DISTURBANCE

On 05/03/18, at approximately 1633 hours, the Longmont Police Department was called regarding a physical disturbance between two adult males in the 1500 block of Lefthand Dr. One of the males was issued a municipal summons for minor in possession of alcohol.

WARRANT ARREST

On Thursday, May 3, 2018 officers responded to 2500 block of Main St in regards to attempt to locate a wanted party. An adult male was later arrested. Cleared by arrest.

INDECENT EXPOSURE

On 05/03/18, at approximately 2042 hours, the Longmont Police Department was called about an adult male in the 500 block of Main St. exposing himself to an adult female.

PROTECTION ORDER

On Thursday, 05/03/2018, Longmont Police Officers responded to the area of Willodene Dr and 17th Ave in response to a protection order violation. An adult male was contacted and later arrested. Case Closed.
