DOMESTIC INCIDENT
On Monday, 10-22-2018, Longmont Police received information regarding an on-going domestic violence situation occurring in the 1300 blk of S. Emery St. The information at this time is only from a third party and not an involved party. This report is for information only and is Closed.
FRAUD
On October 22nd, 2018 at approximately 1600 hours, Longmont Police were dispatched to a report of bigamy in the 3800 block of Columbia Dr. Longmont, CO. This case is closed due to statute of limitations.
DUI
On Saturday October 20, 2018 at approximately 2215 hours, officers made a traffic stop in the area of Ken Pratt Blvd and N 119th St. One Adult Female was arrested for DUI. Case is Closed.
HARASSMENT
On October 21, 2018 Longmont Police investigated a neighbor dispute in the 1700 block of Duchess Dr. The investigation revealed no criminal charges are applicable and this report is for information. This case is closed.

On Sunday October 22, 2018 at approximately 0910 hours an officer took a report of a first degree criminal trespass to an unlocked vehicle in the 1500 block of Elmhurst Dr. The report is closed due to no workable leads.

On Sunday October 21st, 2018 Longmont Officers were dispatched to a cold FDC in the 2900 block of Mtn View Ave. No suspect information. Case closed.
AUTO THEFT
On Sunday October 21st, 2018 Longmont Officers spotted a stolen vehicle in the 2100 block of Pratt St. The adult male driver eluded officers and an adult female passenger was taken into custody. Case cleared by arrest.
ARSON
On 10/21/2018 at approximately 1600 hours, Longmont Police Officers responded to the area near McIntosh Lake to assist Longmont Fire Department. An area on the south east shore of the lake had been set on fire by three juveniles. This incident was referred to the restrative justice program.
DOMESTIC INCIDENT
On 10/21/2018 at approximatley 1900 hours, Longmont Police Officers responded to the area of 71st St and Lookout Rd to take a report of a domestic violence incident that had occurred earlier that day in the area of 2500 Sunset Dr. This incident was cleared by arrest.
BURGLARY
On Sunday, October 21, 2018, an adult male contacted officers regarding a burglary to his apartment in the 2500 block of Sunset Drive.
ARSON
On Sunday, October 21, 2018, at approximately 2245 hours, the Longmont Police Department investigated a possible arson in the 1900 block of Main St. The case is closed due to lack of suspect information.
WELFARE CHECK
On Sunday, October 21, 2018 at about 2140 hours, Longmont Police were dispatched to the 200 block of East Longs Peak Ave on a report of a disturbance. Upon arrival officers took an adult male into protective custody and transported him to a local hospital. Case closed.
PROTECTION ORDER
On 10/21/2018 Longmont police responded to the 200 block of Terry St., reference a disturbance. Upon arrival, officers found two males physically fighting. The males were separated and detained, and it was later determined one of the males had assaulted his adult female girlfriend, and the second male had intervened. The suspect male was taken into custody without incident, and after being medically cleared was transported to the Boulder County Jail. No charges were filed against the second male.
DUI
On Monday, October 22, 2019 at about 0247 hours, Longmont Police arrested an adult male in the 2100 block of Hover Street for a protection order violation, DUI, and other traffic offenses. The male was transported to the Boulder County Jail.
FDC/CRIM TRESPASS
A Longmont resident in the 700 block of S. Martin Street reported a theft of miscellaneous items from her vehicle. The case status is closed due to lack of suspect information.
WARRANT ARREST
On 10/22/2018, Longmont Police responded to the lobby of the Safety and Justice Center at 225 Kimbark St. referencing a subject who was turning himself in on an active warrant. The subject was arrested and booked without incident. The subject was later released on bond. The case is cleared by arrest.
ATTEMPT TO LOCATE
On 102218, officers arrested an adult male at the Longmont Public Library in the 400 block of 4th ave. Case is cleared by arrest.
FDC/CRIM TRESPASS
On Monday, October 22, 2018, Police responded to a cold vehicle trespass and theft on the 1500 block of Grant Dr. A vehicle was entered and bicycle locks stolen. The case is currently closed with no leads.
