Sunday, October 7 PROTECTION ORDER On Sunday 10/07/2018 at approximately 0236 hours police responded to the 300 block Barnard Court in relation to a domestic incident, later determined to be a Protection Order Violation.

Sunday, October 7

PROTECTION ORDER

On Sunday 10/07/2018 at approximately 0236 hours police responded to the 300 block Barnard Court in relation to a domestic incident, later determined to be a Protection Order Violation. A warrant will be applied for and the case is open.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Sunday 10/07/18, Longmont Police responded to the 600 block of Grandview Meadows Dr reference a domestic incident. Police are seeking a warrant for an adult male for domestic violence related charges against an adult female.

FRAUD

On Sunday, 10-07-2018, Longmont Police took a report of a theft as the result of an internet scam. There is no suspects and this case is closed.

CHILD

On 10/07/2018, at approximately 1910 hours, Longmont Police responded to the 1800 block of Warren Ave, in the City of Longmont, County of Boulder, and State of Colorado reference a child call for service. A detailed report was taken for informational purposes. Case closed.

THEFT

On Sunday August 19, 2018 at approximately 1315 hours an officer took a report of a stolen license plate which occurred in the 2500 block of Sunset Dr. The case is closed due to no workable leads.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On Sunday September 16, 2018 at approximately 1130 hours an officer took a criminal mischief report to a parked vehicle in the 1000 block of 10th Ave. The case is closed due to no workable leads.

HIT AND RUN ACCIDENT

On 10/02/2018, Officers of the Longmont Police Department responded to the 900 block of Alpine St, on a report of a hit and run accident. Suspect has been identified. The case is open.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On 10/06/2018, Longmont Police responded to the lobby of the Safety and Justice Center at 225 Kimbark St. referencing the report of a cold domestic incident. Police collected the information, and no arrests have been made at this time. The case is currently closed.

WARRANT ARREST

On Saturday, October 6, 2018, at approximately 1445 hours, Longmont Police Officers were dispatched to 600 block of S Emery St., in response to two parties reportedly trespassing on the property. Both parties were arrested on active warrants. Case cleared by arrest.

WELFARE CHECK

On October 6, 2018 Longmont Police responded to the 1300 block on a welfare check for an adult female. The female was found to be okay and this report is for informational purposes only. Case is closed.

TRAFFIC STOP

On October 6, 2018, Longmont Police Officers were patrolling in the area of Ken Pratt Blvd and Martin St. Officers contacted an adult male driving in the area for a traffic violation. The adult male was subsequently taken into custody on alcohol related charges. He was later released to a sober adult. Case closed by arrest.

THEFT

On Saturday, October 6, 2018, at approximately 2357 hours, the Longmont Police Department took a report reference a possible theft which occurred in the 300 block of Main St., on Friday, October 5, 2018. The item was located and returned to its owner. The case is closed.

DRUG VIOLATION

On Sunday Octo,ber 7, 2018 at approximately 0100 hours Officers contacted a male in the 1600 block of Main St. The male had a warrant for his arrest. The male was arrested and transported to the Boulder County Jail. Case is cleared by arrest.

THEFT

On 10/07/2018, Longmont officers took a report of a stolen bicycle in the 3200 blk of Lake Park Way. Case closed due to lack of suspect information.

AUTO THEFT

On 10-7-18 at 0335 hrs., an unknown male suspect stole an unlocked vehicle that had the keys inside from the 2800 block of Bowline Place. At 0500 hrs., the vehicle was found partially submerged in McIntosh Lake. At this time, there are no leads and the matter is closed.

WARRANT ARREST

On Sunday, 10/07/18 at approximately 0552 hours, Longmont Police contacted an occupied vehicle with no license plates attached in the 3000 block of Lakeshore Dr. An adult female was arrested for an active warrant. Case cleared by arrest.

BURGLARY

On October 7, 2018, Longmont Police Officers responded to the 2900 block of Bow Line Pl reference a cold burglary. Officers learned an unknown suspect entered a open garage and a vehicle in the area. The suspect stole several dollars in change from the adult female victim. Due to lack of suspect information this case will be closed. Closed.

DISTURBANCE

On Sunday, October 7, 2018 at about 1430 hours, Officers with the Longmont Police Department responded to the 300 Blk of Quail Rd., Longmont, CO for the report of an assault. The victim of the assault later declined charges. Case Closed.

LOST PROPERTY

On Sunday, October 7, 2018, Longmont Police took a report of lost property from the 2200 block of Main St. No suspect information at this time.

Saturday, October 6

DUI

On 100518, Officers responded to the area of Ute Hwy and Pratt St reference a traffic accident. An adult male was contacted and arrested. The case is cleared by arrest.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Saturday October 6, 2018 at approximatley 0052 hours, Officers responded to the 1400 block of Alpine st on a report of a domestic disturbance in progress between an adult male and an adult female. One adult male was arrested and transported to Boulder County Jail on domestic violence related charges. Case is cleared by arrest.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On 100618, Officers responded to the 800 block of E 17th Ave reference a criminal mischief incident involving an unknown suspect. The case is closed.

HIT AND RUN ACCIDENT

On Thursday, October 4th, 2018, Longmont Officers responded to the 500 block of Main on a hit and run accident. Case is closed.

DUI

On Friday, 10/05/18 at approximately 2149 hours, Longmont Police conducted a traffic stop near Longs Peak Ave and Lincoln St. An adult male was arrested for DUI and was later transported to the Boulder County Jail. Case cleared by arrest.

HARASSMENT

On Friday 10/05/2018 at approximately 2253 hours police received an anonymous report of an harassment in the 1000 block 4th Avenue. The case is open.

WELFARE CHECK

On Friday October 5, 2018 at approximately 2200 hours, officers responded to the 1900 block of Warren Ave on a report of a suicidal male. One adult male subject was identified and transported to Longmont United Hospital under a mental health hold. Case is closed.

AUTO THEFT

On October 5, 2018 the Longmont Police Department took an auto theft report from the 1900 block of Terry St. A short while later the vehicle was recovered with no known suspect. Case is closed.

DUI

On Saturday, 10/06/18 at approximately 0057 hours, Longmont Police conducted a traffic stop in the 200 block of Coffman St. An adult male was arrested for DUI and other charges and he was later transported to the Boulder County Jail. Case cleared by arrest.

DUI

On Saturday 100618 at approximately 0149 hours, the Longmont Police Department conducted a traffic stop near S Pratt Pkwy and Pratt Way. One adult male was arrested for DUI without incident. Case cleared by arrest.

BURGLARY

On October 6, 2018 at approximately 0515 hours, Longmont Police responded to 700 block of Windflower Drive on the report of a burglary. This case will be closed due to lack of suspect information.

ANIMAL COMPLAINT

On 10/06/18, Longmont Animal Control was made aware of a cat bite that occured on 10/04/18. The cat had been placed on quarantine at home.

PROTECTION ORDER

On October 6, 2018, Longmont Police Officers responded to the 1200 block of Monarch Dr reference a restraining order violation. Through their investigation it was determined that the adult male suspect had violated an active protection order with an adult male named as the protected person. The suspect was already in Custody reference a separate case. Case cleared by arrest.

THEFT

On 10/06/2018, at approximately ___ hours, Longmont Police took a theft report occuring in the 1500 block of Drake St. With no suspect information, the case will be closed.

SHOPLIFT

On Saturday, October 6, 2018 Long,mont Police responded to a cold shoplift in the 1200 blk of S. Hover St. Female stole six (6) bottles of perfume. She was not located. Case will be closed.

WARRANT ARREST

On 10/06/2018 at approximately 1700 hours, Longmont Police Officers conducted a traffic stop in the 1400 block of S Airport Rd. The driver was found to have an active warrant for his arrest. This incident was cleared by arrest.

Friday, October 5

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On Friday, 10/5/18, a report was taken reference a criminal trespass and theft which occurred in the 2600 Blk. of Danbury Dr. The case is closed as suspect is unknown.

AUTO THEFT

On October 05, 2018 a motor vehicle theft report was received from the 1600 block of South Terry Street. An adult male reported his dirt bike was stolen from a rack attached to his vehicle. There is no suspect information. Case is closed.

FRAUD

On October 05, 2018 a fraud report was received from the 1900 block of Mountain View Ave. An adult male reported he received fraudulent charges on his debit card. Case is closed.

PROTECTION ORDER

On Friday, 10-05-2018, Longmont Police investigated a possible restraining order violaton that occured in the 2200 blk of Dexter St. Upon investigation, the adult female victim did not wish to cooperate with the investigation, and no probable cause could be developed. This case will be Closed.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On Friday, 10/05/2018 at about 1303 hours, an Officer was dispatched to contact the victim of a first degree criminal trespass to a vehicle in the 800 block of Independence Drive where a firearm was stolen from a vehicle. There are no suspects at this time. Case closed.

THEFT

On October 05, 2018 a theft report was received from the 600 block of Coffman St. An adult male reported a musical instrument had been stolen from his business. Case is open.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Friday, October 5, 2018 at about 1715 hours, Officers with the Longmont Police Department responded to 800 Blk of Emery St., City of Longmont, County of Boulder, State of Colorado for the report of domestic disturbance in progress. The suspect was located and arrested. The suspect was later transported to the Boulder Co. Jail.

WARRANT ARREST

On Friday, October 5, 2018, at approximately 1757 hours, Longmont officers conducted a traffic stop near the 800 block of Baker St. Two males were arrested for active arrest warrants. Case is cleared by arrest.

WARRANT ARREST

On Friday, October 5, 2018, at approximately 1645 hours, Longmont Police Officers responded to the Longmont Police Department (LPD) lobby in response to a party turning themselves in on an active warrant out of Boulder County Sheriff's Office. The party was taken into custody, booked and released on bond. Case-Cleared by Arrest.

THEFT

On 05/19/2018, at approximately 1740 hours, Longmont Police took a report of a stolen license plate in the 300 block of South Hover. With no suspect information, the case will be closed.

THEFT

On 08/19/2018, at approximately 1457 hours, Longmont Police took a report of theft occurring in the 2200 block of 14th Ave. A report was taken and the case will be closed due to lack of suspect information.

SHOPLIFT

On 092918, Officers responded to the 2500 block of Main St reference a shoplift. An adult female and juvenile female attempted to steal items from a store. The case is cleared by arrest.

SHOPLIFT 0908

On Tuesday, 10/02/2018 at approximately 2100 hours, Officers of the Longmont Police Department responded to the 1600 block of Main St. on a theft. This case is Open.

VICIOUS DOG

On 10/04/18, Thursday, a Longmont male was bit by a dog while walking on the sidewalk. The dog has been placed on a home quarantine.

BURGLARY

On Thursday, 10/04/2018 Longmont Police Officers responded to the area of Lashley St and Marshall Pl in reference to a disturbance. 3 Adult males were contacted and the investigation is on going.

INJURY ACCIDENT

On Thursday, October 4th, 2018, Longmont Officers responded to the area of 3rd and Lashley on a property damage accident. Case is open.

DISTURBANCE

On October 4, 2018, Longmont Police responded to the 1700 block of Antero Dr on the report of a disturbance. An adult female claimed that an adult male assaulted her. The male was no longer on-scene. The female became uncooperative and this case is exceptionally cleared due to no victim cooperation.

DUI

On October 4, 2018, Longmont Police responded to a motor vehicle crash in the 1400 block of Main St. The adult male at fault driver was arrested on several charges. This case is cleared by arrest.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Thursday October 5, 2018 at approximately 2259 hours, officers were dispatched to the 2200 block of Sherman St on a report of a domestic disturbance. One adult male was identified, arrested and taken to jail for assault against an adult female. Case is cleared by arrest

WARRANT ARREST

On Thursday, October 4, 2018 at about 2330 hours, Longmont Police arrested an adult male in the 200 block of East 2nd Ave on two active warrants. The male was transported to the Boulder County Jail and held on a total bond of $8,000.00. Case cleared by arrest.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Friday, October 05 2018, Longmont Police responded to the 300 block of Mumford Avenue in reference to a report of domestic violence. A 17 year old female reported her 17 year old male ex boyfriend was harassing her. No probable cause has been established. The case remains open.

SHOPLIFT

On 10/05/2018, Longmont officers responded to the 2500 blk of Main St. reference a shoplift. Case cleared by arrest.

MEDICAL ASSIST

On Friday, 10/05/2018 at about 1058 hours Officer from the Longmont Police Department responded to a welfare check on a male slumped over in an unnatural position in the 700 block of Main Street. A 32 year old male was transported via ambulance to a local hospital related to unknown medical issues. Case closed.

THEFT

On Friday, 10/05/18, a report was taken reference a theft which occurred in the 3200 Blk. of Lake Park Way. The case is closed as suspects are unknown.
