Longmont Police Report: Sept. 10

DISTURBANCE On 9/10/19, officers responded to the 2200 block of E Ken Pratt Blvd on the report of a disturbance. A juvenile male was placed into custody for violation of a protection order and theft. This case is cleared by arrest.

DISTURBANCE

On 9/10/19, officers responded to the 2200 block of E Ken Pratt Blvd on the report of a disturbance. A juvenile male was placed into custody for violation of a protection order and theft. This case is cleared by arrest.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

A Longmont, CO resident in the 1300 block of Clemson Drive reported a theft from his vehicle.

THEFT

A Longmont, CO resident in the 100 block of Marshall Place reported the rear license plate was stolen from his vehicle.

On 091019, officers responded to the 500 block of Americana Rd reference a vehicle break-in.

SEX ASSAULT

On September 7, 2019 at approximately 1331 hours, Longmont Police Officers responded to a Sex Assault in the 1700 block of Cambridge Dr.
An adult female was contacted via phone and a message was left.

THEFT

On Wednesday, 09/10/19, a report was taken reference a theft which occurred in the 2500 Blk. of Main St. The suspects are unknown.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On 09/10/2019 officers responded to the 1700 block of Polo Dr. on a report of a domestic incident in progress. An adult male was seen pushing an adult female. The male left prior to officers arrival. Case will remain open until the male is arrested or a warrant is obtained.

SUICIDE ATTEMPT

On Tuesday 09/09/2019 Longmont PD was dispatched to a disturbance in the 2700 block of E Ken Pratt Blvd. One juvenile male was placed on a mental health hold. Case closed.

AUTO THEFT

On Thursday, 09/05/2019 at about 1113 hours a vehicle from the 4900 block of Nelson road was stolen and later recovered in the same parking lot it was missing from later the same day. Case cleared by arrest.

MITTIMUS ARREST

On 09/04/19 at 1330 hrs. a Longmont Police Officer was assigned a mittimus arrest in the Longmont Municipal Court. An adult male was taken into custody by order of the court. The adult male was transported to the Boulder County Jail. Case was cleared by arrest.

SEX ASSAULT

On 09/09/2019, Longmont Police responded to the 1200 block of Kimbark St. in reference to a sex assault. An adult male allegedly sexually assaulted a juvenile female. Case is open.

MISSING PERSON

On Monday September 9, 2019, at approximately 2157 hours, Longmont Police investigated a runaway from the 1700 block of Adkinson Ave.
There was no suspicious or at-risk circumstances and the juvenile female was placed in the system as a runaway.

THEFT

On 091019, officers responded to the 2500 block of Main St reference a theft with an adult female victim.

On Tuesday, 09/10/19, a report was taken reference a criminal trespass and theft which occurred in the 2200 Blk. of Santa Fe Dr. The suspects are unknown.

FRAUD

On Tuesday, September 10, 2019, officers responded to the 900 block of Main Street in response to a call regarding fraud. An investigation was conducted and report was documented.

On Tuesday, 09/10/19, a report was taken reference a criminal trespass, criminal mischief and theft which occurred in the 2100 Blk. of Meadow Ct. The suspects are unknown.

WARRANT ARREST

On September 10, 2019, at approximately 0930 hrs Longmont police officers responded to the 200 block of Kimbark St on the report of a wanted party.

AUTO THEFT

A Longmont, CO business located in the 500 block of S. Francis Street reported a stolen vehicle.

PROTECTION ORDER

On Tuesday, September 10, 2019, at approximately 1116 hours, Longmont Police Officers responded to the 200 block of Kimbark St on a protection order violation. Officers contacted an adult female.

BURGLARY

On September 10, 2019 a burglary report was received from the 100 block of South Main St. An adult female reported her residence was entered and a rifle was stolen from inside.

THEFT

On Tuesday, 09/10/19, a report was taken reference a theft which occurred in the 500 Blk. of S. Hover St. The suspects are unknown.

SEX ASSAULT

On Tuesday, 09/10/2019, Longmont Police were dispatched to the 1200 block of Francis St. to assist Boulder County HHS with an investigation.
Officers stood by as BCHHS conducted their investigation.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On September 10th, 2019, Officers responded to the 1600 BLK of Pace Street on reports of a domestic disturbance. Officers contacted one adult female and one adult male. Three children were also on scene. The female was arrested for DV, Harassment and Child abuse. Case cleared by arrest.

DISTURBANCE

An adult female was issued a summons for vandalism in the 2700 block of Copper Peak Lane.

THEFT

On Tuesday, September 10, 2019, Longmont Police took a report of a theft in the 1200 block of Hover St. No suspect information at this time.
