FRAUD

A Longmont resident reported identity theft which occurred at an unknown location. Information only report taken.

EXTRA PATROL

An employee of a Loveland business reported burglary in the 1600 block of Lashley Street. This case is cleared exceptionally as victim declined prosecution.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

A Longmont, CO resident reported her vehicle was vandalized while it was parked in the 2100 block of Ken Pratt Blvd.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

A Longmont resident reported first degree criminal trespass and theft. There are no investigative leads or suspect information at this time.

BURGLARY

On Sunday, September 8th, 2019, at around 0621 hours, Longmont Police investigated an attempted burglary in the 1700 block of Duchess Dr. There are no leads at this time.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On 09/10/19 an adult female reported that an unknown adult male damaged an office chair in the 2300 block of Main St.

SUICIDE ATTEMPT

On Wednesday, September 11, 2019, at 1525 hours, Longmont Police responded to the 2700 block of E. Ken Pratt Blvd on a welfare check. A juvenile male was taken into protective custody and transported to a facility for an evaluation. This case is non-criminal.

SEX ASSAULT

On September 11, 2019, a Longmont Police Officer was dispatched to a reported sexual assault in the 4500 block of Redmond Dr. An adult female was contacted, the case in ongoing.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On September 11th, 2019, Officers took a phone report of a criminal mischief to a vehicle that occurred in the 1400 BLK of Kimbark Street. No
known suspects are known at this time.

DISTURBANCE

On 09/11/2019 (Wednesday) at approximately 1806 hours Officers responded to the 1600 block of Emery Street on the report of a disturbance. Upon arrival Officers encountered an adult male who was taken into protective custody and transported to a local hospital for evaluation.

SEX ASSAULT

On Thursday, September 12, 2019, at approximately 0110 hours, the Longmont Police Department responded to the 1900 block of S. Fordham St., on report of a sexual assault.

MENACING

On Wednesday, 09/11/2019, Longmont Police responded to the 800 block of S. Hover St. in reference to a complaint of menacing. An adult male was brandishing a rifle and threatening people while driving an ATV. The male was later located inside a business and taken into custody. Cleared by Arrest.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On Wednesday 09/11/2019 at approximately 2231 hours police responded to the 2700 block Nelson Road in relation to a criminal mischief. There are no suspect leads.

WARRANT ARREST

On September 11, 2019 Longmont Police responded to the 900 block of Hover Street on the report of a suspicious incident. An adult male was arrested on outstanding warrants.

DUI

On Wednesday, September 11, 2019 at about 2339 hours, Longmont Police arrested an adult male at the intersection of Linden Street and Sunset Drive for DWAI. The male was booked and released on a summons at the Longmont Police Department.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Thursday, September 12, 2019 at approcimately 0825 hours, Longmont Police Officers responded to the 300 block of Baker St. on report of a
Domestic Violence. Officers contacted an Adult female, who was transported to jail. This case is cleared by arrest.

MENACING

On Thursday, September 12, 2019, officers responded to the 1300 block of Ken Pratt Blvd in response to a harassment. An investigation was
conducted and a report was generated.

FRAUD

A Longmont resident reported identity theft which occurred at an unknown location. Information only report taken.

FOUND PROPERTY

On Thursday, September 12, 2019, officers responded to the 700 block of Judson St in response to found property. The property was a blue satchel and was taken back to be book in LPD Property and Evidence.

THEFT

A Hawaii resident reported theft in the 700 block of Ken Pratt Boulevard. This case is open.

PROTECTION ORDER

On September 12th, 2019, Officers took a report of a protection order violation that occurred in the 300 BLK of Grant Street between one adult
male and one adult female. No probable cause exists at this time.

THEFT

On September 12, 2019 at approximately 2032 hours the Longmont Police Department took a report of a theft that occurred on May 13, 2019 in
the 1600 Block of Kimbark Street in the City of Longmont, County of Boulder, State of Colorado. The case is open.
