CRIMINAL TRESPASS
On Wednesday, 9/1/21, Police were dispatched to the 1300 block of Emery Street on a report of a burglary. Upon arrival officers arrested an adult male for first degree criminal trespass and other charges. The male was transported to the Boulder County Jail.

On Wednesday, 9/1/21 officers were dispatched to the area of Nelson Road and South Fordham on a theft from a vehicle.
ROBBERY
On Wednesday, 9/1/21, Police responded to the 1700 block of Main Street on an armed robbery. An adult male physically assaulted another adult male and stole property from him. The suspect then pulled a knife on the victim and swung it at him while threatening to kill him. The suspect was located by police and taken into custody despite being uncooperative with officers. The suspect was found to have five warrants for his arrest and was transported to the Boulder County Jail.
ASSAULT
On Wednesday, 09/1/21 officers responded to a disturbance located in the 600 block of Peck Drive. A report was taken.
DISTURBANCE
On Sunday, 08/29/21 officers spoke to an adult male by phone regarding a physical fight between him and his neighbor. The male did not to press charges.
HARASSMENT
On Monday,08/30/21, officers contacted an adult female in the lobby of the police department regarding harassment. The female indicated that she was being harassed by several people but was unable to provide details. An informational report was completed.
FOLLOW UP
On Tuesday, 08/31/21 Police began investigating an adult male for failure to register as a sex offender. The case remains open pending additional follow-up.
DUI
On Tuesday 08/31/21 Police contacted a vehicle for a moving violation in the 1900 block of Logan St. The adult male driver of the vehicle
was found to be driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and was placed into custody without incident. The driver was booked and later transported to the Addiction Recovery Center (ARC) in Boulder, CO.
DUI
On Tuesday, 08/31/21, officers responded to the 700 block of S Martin St for a party passed out on his motorcycle. An investigation was conducted and an arrest was made. Case is cleared by arrest.
TRESPASS
On Wednesday 09/01/21 officers responded to 600 Coffman St for a trespass. The suspect fled prior to police arrival and he wasn't located.

On Wednesday, 09/01/21, police attempted to stop some juveniles after an attempted theft of a sign. The owner did not wish to pursue charges and this case is being closed.
