Sunday, September 23

ATTEMPT TO LOCATE

On 09/23/18, Officers responded to the 1300 block of Mountain View Ave. on an attempt to locate. An adult male with warrants ran from Officers. The case is open.

ABANDON/PARKING

On 09/22/18, Officers contacted a vehicle displaying a fictitious tag. An adult female stated she didn't know where it came from. The case is cleared by arrest.

DUI

On Saturday 09/22/18 at approximately 2319 hours, the Longmont Police Department investigated a crash in the 10300-block of Airport Rd. One adult male was arrested for DUI without incident. Case cleared by arrest.

BURGLARY

On 9-23-18 at 0206 hrs., officers responded to an alarm at a business in the 1200 block of S. Main Street. Officers found an unknown person damaged a window while trying to force entry into the closed business, and fled prior to officer arrival. Contact with a representative for the business could not be made. The matter is closed at this time due to lack of leads.

TRAFFIC STOP

On September 23, 2018, the Longmont Police Department attempted to stop a vehicle in the 1700 block of Linden Street for a traffic violation. The vehicle fled from officers and was not pursued. This case is closed.

WARRANT ARREST

On September 23, 2018, Longmont Police Officers were patrolling in the 1700 block of Main St. While patrolling they contacted an adult male in the area. The male was cleared and officers learned he had an active warrant for his arrest. He was taken into custody without incident. Case cleared by arrest.

BURGLARY

On Sunday 09/23/18, Longmont Police responded to the 700 block of Nelson Park Cir. reference a cold burglary. There are no suspects and the case is closed.

DISTURBANCE

On Sunday September 23rd, 2018 Longmont Officers were dispatched to a disturbance in the 1200 block of Pace St. Upon further investigation one adult male was taken into custody for assault. Case cleared by arrest.

THEFT

On Sunday, September 23, 2018, at approximately 1500 hours, Longmont Police Officers were dispatched to the 500 block of Main Street, in response to a reported stolen wallet. Wallet not recovered, no suspects. Case closed.

ANIMAL COMPLAINT

On 09/23/18, Animal Control was made aware of a cat bite that occurred on 09/21/18. The cat has been put on quarantine at the Longmont Humane Society.

SEX ASSAULT

On 09/23/2018 officers investigated a possible sexual assault that took place on 09/22/2018 in the 1300 block of Sumner St. Case is open for further investigation.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On 09/23/2018, at approximately 2133 hours, Longmont Police responded to the 800 block of Independence Dr. to an address in the City of Longmont, County of Boulder, and State of Colorado reference a Domestic Violence call for service. Upon investigation, Officers obtained probable cause to arrest one adult female for Domestic Violence related charges. The adult female was no longer on scene. Officer will apply for a warrant for her arrest. Case open pending warrant.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On September 21, 2018 the Longmont Police Department responded to the 2500 block of Sunset Dr. on the report of a domestic violence incident. An adult female was contacted and taken into custody. Case is cleared by arrest.

CHILD

On Friday, 09/21/18 at approximately 1818 hours, Longmont Police were dispatched to the 100-block of E. 5th Ave, in reference to a child abuse complaint. The investigation showed the complaint was unfounded.

TRAFFIC COMPLAINT

On Saturday, 09/22/18 at approximately 0020 hours, Longmont Police attempted to conduct a traffic stop of a black sedan near S. Main St. and Ken Pratt Blvd. The vehicle, which was speeding, began to drive recklessly and eluded officers. Case is closed.

DUI

On Saturday 09/22/18 at approximately 2148 hours, the Longmont Police Department investigated a suspicious vehicle in the 1600-block of Albion Ln. One adult male was arrested for DUI without incident. Case cleared by arrest.

PROTECTION ORDER

On 09/22/2018, Longmont officers responded to the 2200 block of Emery St. reference a disturbance. An adult female was found to be in violation of conditions of a protection order. Case cleared by arrest.

DRUG VIOLATION

On Saturday, 09/22/18 approximately 2051 hours, Longmont Police were dispatched to the area of Baker St. and Mountain View Ave. to attempt to locate a wanted party. The wanted adult male fled and at approximately 2154 hours, an adult female was contacted in the 1300 block of Collyer St. That female had two active warrants for her arrest and was found to be in the possession of narcotics. Case cleared by arrest.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On September 23rd, 2018, Officers responded to the 2700 block of Copper Peak Lane on report of a domestic disturbance between an adult female and an adult male. The female was arrested for 3rd assault and child abuse. Case cleared by arrest.

CHILD

On 09/23/2018, Longmont Police responded to the 1200 block of Fremont Ct. referencing a welfare check. Police investigated the incident, and one subject was arrested without incident for child abuse. The subject was booked and released from the Longmont Police Department. The case is cleared by arrest.

WELFARE CHECK

On September 23, 2018 Longmont Police Officers were dispatched to the 1600 block of Emery in reference to a welfare check. A 75 year-old female was transported to Longmont United Hospital where she was reunited with family. Case report for informational purposes only.

Saturday, September 22

DISTURBANCE

On 09/21/18, Officers responded to the 700 block of Crisman Dr. on a report of a disturbance that an adult male and female were involved in. The case is closed.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

On Saturday, September 22, 2018, at approximately 0345 hours, the Longmont Police Department conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of 19th Ave. and Main St. One adult male was arrested for driving under the influence, and later released to a sober party. The case is cleared by arrest.

THEFT

On 09/22/18 at 1325 hrs. a Longmont Police Officer took a theft report. An adult female advised several pieces of jewelry had been stolen from her home. The suspect is believed to be a relative. The case is open.

WARRANT ARREST

On 09/22/2018 officers responded to the 1900 block of Main St. on a welfare check on an adult female. After investigation, the female was found to have a warrant for her arrest. The female was placed into custody and transported to the Boulder County Jail. This officer took no further action.

SHOPLIFT

On Saturday, September 22, 2018 Longmont Police responded to a shoplift at Target at 551 S. Hover St. An adult female was issued a summons. Cleared by arrest.

SUSPICIOUS SITUATION

On Saturday, September 22, 2018, at approximately 1700 hours, Longmont Police Officers were dispatched to the 1000 block of Rose St. in response to a reported suspicious situation. An residence outer window had damage. No suspects. Case closed.

WARRANT ARREST

On Saturday, September 22, 2018, at approximately 1826 hours, Officers responded to the 1600 block of Kimbark St. in the City of Longmont, Boulder County, Colorado, for a warrant arrest. Cleared by arrest.

HIT AND RUN ACCIDENT.

On Wednesday, September 19, 2018, Longmont Police took a report of a hit and run accident that occurred in the 300 block of Emery St. Case is open with suspect identified.

HARASSMENT

On Thursday, September 20th, 2018, Longmont Officers responded to the 1700 block of Collyer on a harassment. Case is closed.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On 09/21/2018, Longmont Police responded to the 900 block of Reynolds Farm Ln. referencing a cold trespass to a motor vehicle. Police investigated the incident, and no arrests have been made at this time. The case is currently closed.

INJURY ACCIDENT

On 09/21/2018, at approximately 1707 hours, Longmont Police responded to the area of 3rd Ave/Hover St., an intersection within the City of Longmont, County of Boulder, and State of Colorado reference a traffic accident. Upon arrival, one adult male was found to have an active warrant out of Boulder County Sheriff's Office. One adult male was arrested without incident and taken to Boulder County Jail. Case cleared by arrest.

ATTEMPT TO LOCATE

On 09/21/2018 Longmont Police located a known wanted male party riding his bicycle near 15th Ave. and Main St. He ran from the police and was unable to be located at the time. This case will be open pending a warrant.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On 9/21/18, officers responded to the 800 block of E. 5th Ave. on the report of a vehicle break-in. There are no current suspects. This case is closed.

THEFT

On 09/22/2018, Longmont officers were given a cold report of a theft that occurred 2-3 days prior in the 1700 block of Main St. Case closed.

WARRANT ARREST

On 09/22/2018, Longmont officers responded to the 1600 block of Main St. reference a trespass. An adult male was found to have several outstanding warrants for his arrest. Case cleared by arrest.

THEFT

On September 22, 2018, Longmont Police Officers responded to the 2200 block of Barn Swallow Dr. reference a cold theft. Through the investigation, officers learned an adult female stole approximately $5,000 dollars over a period of time from an adult female. The victim agreed to handle the issue civilly. Case closed.

SHOPLIFT

On September 23, 2018 officers responded to the 500 block of S. Hover St. in regards to a shoplift. An adult male was detained by loss prevention. The male was later taken into custody on an outstanding warrant. Cleared by arrest.

ASSAULT

On 09/23/2018 at approximately ___ hours, Longmont Police responded to the area of 2100 Main St., to an address in the City of Longmont, County of Boulder, and State of Colorado reference an assault.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On 9/22/18, officers responded to the 1200 block of Hunter Ct. on a Domestic Violence incident. An adult female was placed into custody and transported to Boulder County Jail. This case is cleared by arrest.

Friday, September 21

THEFT

On September 07, 2018 a theft report was received from the 2000 block of Main Street. An adult female reported multiple fraudulent transaction on their ATM. Case is open.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On September 21, 2018 a vehicle trespass report was received from the 1200 block of Milner Lane. An adult male reported his unlocked vehicle was entered and personal property was stolen from inside. Case is closed.

AUTO THEFT

On Friday, 09/21/18, a report was taken reference an aggravated motor vehicle theft which occurred in at zero block of 19th Ave. The case is closed as suspects are unknown.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On Friday, 09/21/18, a report was taken reference a criminal trespass and theft which occurred in the 900 block. of Reynolds Farm Ln. The case is closed as suspects are unknown.

THEFT

On September 21, 2018 a theft report was received from the 900 block of 15th Ave. An adult male reported a blower was stolen from his yard service trailer. There is no suspect information. Case is closed.

FRAUD

On Friday, 09/21/18, a report was taken reference a Forgery and Theft of an At Risk Adult which occurred in the 1300 block. of S. Pratt Parkway. The case is under investigation.

SHOPLIFT

Longmont Police responded to 1211 S. Hover Street on a report of a shoplift occurring at Kohl's. A report was completed.

BURGLARY

On Friday September 21st, 2018 Longmont Officers were dispatched to a cold burglary in the 1600 block of Lamplighter Dr. Investigation is on going case open.

FRAUD

On September 21, 2018, Longmont Police took a report of a fraud in the 1900 block of Main St. This case is closed due to lack of suspect information.

INFORMATION

On 09/21/2018 at approximately 1458 hours, Longmont Police received a phone call regarding a welfare check. The adult male was contacted and a report was taken for informational purposes. Case closed.

BURGLARY

On September 21, 2018, Longmont Police took a report of a trespassing in the 2400 block of Mountain View Ave. There are no suspects and this case is closed.

SHOPLIFT

On Friday 09/21/2018 at approximately 2203 hours police responded to the 2000 block East Ken Pratt Boulevard in relation to a shoplift. Two adult females were issued a summons for shoplifting. The case is cleared by arrest.

BURGLARY

On Wednesday, September 19, 2018 Longmont Police took a report of a burglary to a city facility in the 1200 block of Alpine St. Unknown suspects damaged city property within the building. This case will be closed due to the lack of leads.

OTHER AGENCY ASSIST

The Longmont Police Department and Housing & Human Services, completed a joint investigation of an At-Risk Adult Neglect case which occurred in Northeast Longmont. Case is open.

BURGLARY

On 9/21/18 Longmont Police responded to the 2200 block of Picadilly Cir. reference a cold burglary. The incident was investigated and later closed due to lack of evidence.
