DRUG VIOLATION 9202
On 09/26/2018 Longmont Police conducted a traffic stop in the area of S. Sunset St. and Lefthand Cir. The adult female driver and her adult male passenger were contacted, and the passenger became uncooperative. The passenger was arrested after a brief struggle, and found to have active warrants for his arrest, a protection order prohibiting contact with the driver, and narcotics in his possession. The driver was arrested for violation of a protection order and possession of drug paraphernalia. Both parties were medically cleared and then transported to the Boulder County Jail.
WARRANT ARREST
On Wednesday 09/26/18 at approximately 2352 hours, the Longmont Police Department responded on a trespassing complaint in the 100 block of E. 9th Ave. One adult male was arrested on outstanding warrants without incident. Case cleared by arrest.
DUI
On Thursday, 09/27/18 at approximately 0035 hours, Longmont Police conducted a traffic stop on Longs Peak Ave. near Main St. An adult male was arrested for DUI and other charges. Case is cleared by arrest.
THEFT
On 09-27-18 the Longmont Police investigated a theft. There was no evidence to develop probable cause and the case was closed.
THEFT
On Thursday, 09/27/18, a report was taken reference a theft which occurred in the 300 block of S. Hover St. The case is closed as suspects are unknown.
SUICIDE ATTEMPT
On 09/25/2018, Longmont Police responded to the 3200 block of Lake Park Way, reference a party posting suicidal remarks on social media. Officers contacted the adult male, and after conducting an investigation, determined he was a danger to himself. The male was taken into protective custody without incident and transported to Longmont United Hospital for a mental health evaluation.
BURGLARY
On Wednesday, 09/26/18 at approximately 0930 hours, an officer took a report of a possible burglary that occurred in the 1200 block of Judson St. There is limited suspect information at this time. This case is closed.
PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCID
On September 21st, 2018, an officer received a report of a hit and run that occurred on private property in the 4900 block of Nelson Rd. An accident report was completed and the case is exceptionally cleared with a warning to a juvenile male for careless driving.
DOMESTIC INCIDENT
On Wednesday, September 26th, 2018, Longmont Officers took a domestic report from the 1000 block of Alta. Case is open
THEFT
A Longmont resident reported a stolen bicycle in the 700 block of Crisman drive. Case is closed due to lack of suspect information.
DRUG VIOLATION
On Thursday, September 27, 2018, at approximately 1500 hours, Longmont Police Officers were dispatched to the 1800 block of Hover St., in response to a reported narcotics violation. One party was taken into custody on an active warrant and later transported to Boulder County Jail. Cleared by Arrest.
WELFARE CHECK
On 09/27/18, Officers responded to the 1700 block of Collyer St reference a welfare check involving an adult female. The case is closed.
THEFT
On 9/27/18, officers responded to the 2200 block of E Ken Pratt Blvd on the report of a physical disturbance between security and a customer. It was determined a shoplift had occurred. An adult female was contacted and issued a summons. This case is cleared.
