DISTURBANCE
On Sunday, September 30, 2018 at about 0344 hours, Longmont Police were dispatched to the 400 block of Fox Street on a report of several people fighting. Upon arrival officers arrested an adult female for 2nd degree assault, resisting arrest, obstructing police, and disorderly conduct. An adult female and juvenile female were issued a summons for disorderly conduct. Case cleared by arrest.
FDC/CRIM TRESPASS
On September 30, 2018, Longmont Police Officers responded to the 1500 block of Ashcroft Dr. reference the trespass of a motor vehicle. It was reported that an unknown suspect entered a vehicle in the area, but did not take anything from the vehicle. This case will be closed due to lack of suspect information.
CRIMINAL MISCHIEF
On September 30, 2018, Longmont Police Officers responded to the 2000 block of 3rd Ave Pl reference multiple signs that appeared to have been shot at an unknown time. Officers arrived in the area and located 4 signs that had been shot by an unknown suspect. No evidence was recovered. Due to lack of suspect information this case will be closed.
WARRANT ARREST
On 093018, an adult male was contacted on the 700 block of Bross St on an outstanding warrant. The male was arrested and later bonded. Case is cleared by arrest.
THEFT
On Monday, September 24 2018, Longmont Police responded to the 600 block of South Airport Road in reference to a report of a theft. A 54-year-old female reported a ring stolen from her business. The case is closed due to lack of suspect information.

On Saturday September 29th, 2018 Longmont Officers were dispatched to the 1100 block of Kimbark on a theft. No suspect information. Case closed.
THEFT
On Saturday 09/29/18, an adult female reported a laptop she was renting had been stolen by an unknown suspect. There are no leads and the case is closed.
SHOPLIFT
On September 29, 2018, Longmont Police Officers responded to the 1200 block of S Hover St reference a theft. It was reported that an adult male had stolen items from the location and left on foot. Officers were unable to locate or identify the suspect. Due to lack of suspect information this case will be closed.
INJURY ACCIDENT
On September 29, 2018 at approximately 2235 hours, Longmont Police were dispatched to 3rd Avenue and Ken Pratt Blvd on the report of an injury accident. An adult male was issued a summons. Case closed.
PROTECTION ORDER
On Saturday September 29, 2018, Longmont police officers responded to 200 block Gay St on a reported domestic disturbance. A 34 Year old male was drunk and belligerent. The male violated an active protection order but left prior to officers' arrival. The case is Open.

On September 29, 2018, the Longmont Police Department responded to the 1600 block of Main Street on a domestic violence-related disturbance. One adult male was taken into custody. This case is cleared by arrest.
VICIOUS DOG
A Longmont woman was bit by her dog while he was injured. The dog has been put on quarantine at home.
DUI
On Saturday, 09/30/18, Longmont Police conducted a traffic stop near the 900 block of Corey Street. The adult male driver was later arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol.
TRAFFIC STOP
On 09/30/2018, Longmont officers located a vehicle of interest that was used in the commission of crimes including felony menacing, unlawful discharge of a firearm, possession of a weapon by a previous offender, and felony eluding. A pursuit of this vehicle was initiated and the vehicle was stopped in the area of East County Line Rd./WCR 34. Case cleared by arrest.
MENACING
On Sunday, 09-30-2018, Longmont Police responded to a road rage incident that turned physical in the 300 blk of Hover St. 2 vehicles were damages in the incident, and one driver fled the scene. This case is closed due to lack of suspect information or workable leads. Case is Closed.

On Sunday, September 30, 2018 officers were dispatched to LUH in regards to a potential child abuse call that took place in the 600 block of E 4th Ave. This case was forwarded onto Boulder County Department of Housing and Human Services. Case open.

On Sunday, September 30, 2018 at about 1330 hours, Officers with the Longmont Police Department responded to the 6000 Blk of Blue Mountain Cir., Longmont, CO for the report of an Firsts Degree Criminal Trespass into an unlocked vehicle. No suspect information at this time. Case Closed.
Saturday, September 29
MENACING
On 092918 the Longmont Police Department responded to a report of shots fired in the 800 block of Lincoln Street. A vehicle regularly used and driven earlier in the night by a 17 year old male left the area and eluded officers after two handgun rounds were fired in front of a residence occupied by a 48-year-old female, a 28-year-old male, and a 29-year-old female. This case is under investigation.
HIT AND RUN ACCIDENT
On September 29, 2018 at approximately 0130 hours Longmont police were dispatched to the 500 block of Alpine Street on the report of a hit and run. Case closed
WARRANT ARREST
On Saturday, September 29, 2018, at approximately 1630 Longmont Police Officers were dispatched to the Longmont Police Department (LPD) lobby in response to a party turning themselves in on a municipal warrant. The party was taken into custody, booked and released on bond. Cleared by Arrest.
DOMESTIC INCIDENT
On 092918, Officers responded to the 1000 block of 16th Ave reference a protection order violation between an adult male and female. The case is open.
WARRANT ARREST
On September 29, 2018, Longmont Police Officers were patrolling in the 300 block of S Hover St. They came into contact with an adult male in the process. He was subsequently cleared and had multiple active warrants for his arrest. He was taken into custody without incident. Case cleared by arrest.

On September 29, 2018 the Longmont Police Department responded to the 1300 block of 9th Ave. on a welfare check. An adult male was contacted and placed on a mental health hold.
THEFT
On Wednesday, September 27, 2018 Longmont Police took a report of a stolen bicycle. The bicycle was stolen from the area of the 1300 block of 3rd Ave. Suspects are unknown due to the lack of leads this case will be closed.

On September 27, 2018 the Longmont Police Department responded to the 2000 block of Lincoln St on the report of a domestic violence incident. An adult male was contacted and taken into custody. Case is cleared by arrest.

On Friday September 28th, 2018 Longmont Officers were dispatched to the 2200 block of Main St on the report of a wanted party. One adult male was taken into custody on a warrant. Case cleared by arrest.

On Friday, 9-28-18 at approximately 1455 hours, an officer took a report of a theft that occurred in the 1000 block of Sunset St. There is no suspect information at this time. This case is closed.

On Friday September 28th, 2018 Longmont Officers were dispatched to the 2700 block of Ken Pratt Blvd on a disturbance. One juvenile male was issued a juvenile court referral. Case cleared by arrest- summons issued.
DUI
On Saturday 092918 at approximately 0134 hours, the Longmont Police Department investigated a DUI at 19th Ave and Collyer St. One adult male was arrested for DUI without incident. Case cleared by arrest.
HARASSMENT
On Saturday, September 29 2018, Longmont Police responded to the 1500 block of Main St. in reference to a report of phone harassment. A 47 year old male reported he was being harassed by an unidentified suspect. The case is open.
AUTO THEFT
On Saturday, September 29, 2018 the Longmont Police Department took a report of a stolen vehicle from the 700 Block of Rees Ct. There are no suspects at this time. Case closed.
WELFARE CHECK
On Saturday, 09/29/18 at approximately 0900 hours, officers were dispatched to the 1200 block of Cornell Dr. on a report of a medical assist. An adult female was later transported to the Hospital. This case is closed.
WARRANT ARREST
On 09/29/2018 at approximately 1600 hours, Longmont Police Officers performed a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 500 block of S Pratt Parkway. The driver was found to have an active warrant for her arrest. This incident was cleared by arrest.
PROTECTION ORDER
On September 29th, 2018 at approximately 1736 hours, Longmont Police were dispatched to the 400 block of Main Street Longmont, CO in reference to a possible restraining order violation. This case is open for further investigation.
SEX ASSAULT
On Saturday September 29, 2018, at approximately 1945 hours, Officer's took a cold sex assault, which occurred at 200 blk of Sorento Pl, in the City of Longmont, Boulder County, Colorado. Case open.
CRIMINAL MISCHIEF
On Saturady, 09/29/18, Longmont Police took a report of a vandalism near Main St and 8th Ave. A male was issued a ticket for damaging a vehicle that was driving down Main St with his skateboard.

BURGLARY
On 9/28/18 at approximately 0815 hours, an officer took a report of a possible burglary in the 2500 block of Sunset Dr. There is no suspect information at this time. This case is closed.
WARRANT ARREST
On Friday, September 28, 2018 at approximately 1103 hours a juvenile male runaway was contacted in the 600 block of E. Mountain View Ave. and determined to have two outstanding warrants for his arrest. The juvenile was taken into custody with out incident and later transported to the Boulder Juvenile Center.
HARASSMENT
On 9/28/18 Longmont Police responded to the 2200 block of E. Ken Pratt Blvd. reference a harassment. A juvenile male was issued a summons for harassment / resisting arrest. He was released to his mother.

On September 28, 2018 a fraud report was received from the 1800 block of Boston Ave. An adult male reported his debit card was used to make fraudulent purchased. There is no suspect information. Case is closed.

On September 28, 2018, at approximately 1817 hrs Longmont police officers were dispatched to the 800 block of South Terry St on a domestic incident. Case remains open.
DOMESTIC INCIDENT
On Friday, 09/28/2018 Longmont Police Officers responded to the area of Emery St and 3rd Ave in reference to a Trespass into a vehicle. An adult female was contacted and later arrested for Domestic Violence Criminal Mischief and transported to the Boulder County Jail. Case Closed - Cleared by Arrest.

On Thursday, September 27, 2018 at about 2157 hours, Longmont Police were dispatched to the 2700 block of Copper Peak Ln on a report of a suicidal person. Upon arrival officers took an adult female into protective custody.

On Thursday, September 27, at around 23:19 hours Longmont Police investigated a possible sex assault in the 1200 block of Carbide Ct. This investigation is closed.
