MENACING
On September 30, 2019 at approximately 1648 hours, the Longmont Police Department responded to a felony menacing at occurred in the 1700 Block of Main Street in the City of Longmont, County of Boulder, State of Colorado. An adult male was arrested.
SEX ASSAULT
On Friday 09/27/2019 Longmont Officers were dispatched to a sex assault at the 1900 block of S. Fordham St.
WARRANT ARREST
On 09/27/19 at 1546 hrs. a Longmont Police Officer was assigned a warrant arrest in the Longmont Municipal Court. An adult male was taken into custody on an active warrant. The adult male was later released on bond. Cleared by arrest.
DUI
On 09/29/2019, Longmont officers responded to the 2100 block of Steele Street on a report of an accident. One adult male was arrested for DUI and other traffic charges. Case cleared by arrest.
ASSAULT
On Sunday September 29, 2019, at approximately 1300 hours, Longmont Police were dispatched to the 1900 block of Mountain View Ave for an assault on an adult male.
PROTECTION ORDER
On 092919, officers contacted an adult male reference a theft investigation. The case is cleared by arrest.
THEFT
On 092919, officers took a phone call reference a theft issue in the 1600 block of Kimbark St involving an adult male.
FDC/CRIM TRESPASS
A Longmont resident in the 1500 block of Bowen Street reported an unknown person broke out the driver's window of his pickup truck while the truck was parked on the street in front of his residence and stole property from within. There are no investigative leads at this time.
AUTO THEFT
A Longmont resident in the 1100 block of Sumner Street reported an unknown person stole his red, 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 pickup truck from the street in front of his residence. The truck was later found to have been repossessed by a financial institution, and the case was unfounded.
AUTO THEFT
A Longmont resident in the 600 block of Lashley street reported the theft of his father's brown, 1992 Honda Civic from the parking lot of their apartment complex. The reporting party later learned a family friend had borrowed the vehicle, and the case is unfounded.
FOLLOW UP
On 9/28/2019, Longmont Police assisted with a medical call in the 100 block of E. Mountain View Ave. There were no suspicious circumstances and the case is closed.
MENACING
On 093019, officers responded to a disturbance in the 900 block of Main St. Both parties were contacted and a report was taken.
THEFT
On Monday, September 30, 2019, Longmont Police investigated a theft from the 1400 block of Nelson Rd. An adult male was issued a summons.
OTHER AGENCY ASSIST
A Longmont resident in the 600 block of Alpine Street located a cell phone in the bushes outside his residence. The cell phone was determined to have been stolen from Frederick the day prior. The property will be turned over to the Frederick Police Department.
INJURY ACCIDENT
On 093019 the Longmont Police Department responded to an injury collision at Mountain View Avenue and Francis Street. An adult female driver was issued a summons for careless driving. Cleared by arrest.
MISSING PERSON
On 9/30/19, an officer took a report of a missing, possibly suicidal adult female. A 937 was completed.
