LONGMONT YOUTH THEATRE

Longmont Youth Theatre (Formerly New Generation Theatre Academy) presents The SpongeBob Musical Youth Edition and Finding Nemo JR for its June and July Summer Youth Theatre Program. The summer theatre camps take place in the historic theater owned by the Longmont Theatre Company at 513 Main Street in Longmont.
Finding Nemo JR is for 7-12 year olds, and begins June 5 through June 23, Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-noon. The live stage performances will be Fri, June 23 and Sat, June 24 at 7 p.m.
The SpongeBob Musical Youth Edition is for 13-18 year olds and begins June 12-30, Monday-Friday, 1 p.m.-4 p.m. The live stage performances will be Fri, June 30 and Sat, July 1 at 7 p.m., with a Sunday Matinee on July 2 at 2 p.m. Anyone can play any role.
New this year is Introduction to Puppetry on July 10-14, Monday-Friday, 1 p.m.-4 p.m. Children will learn how to make puppets.
