Museum exhibit temporarily closed due to burst pipe

The extreme temperatures over the weekend led to a burst pipe at the Longmont Museum. The museum’s permanent history exhibit “Front Range Rising” will be temporarily closed while repairs are being made. 

According to the museum, the damage was minor and the exhibit is expected to reopen by Jan. 26. 

Other exhibits and activities at the museum will continue without interruption, according to a news release from the Longmont Museum.
