Boulder resident Lynn Patrick has been creating beautiful instrumental guitar music for more than 30 years and on May 16th she will perform in front of her first large audience in more than ten years when she brings her music to the eTown Hall stage.
Lynn’s tunes have helped to create the mood and soundtrack for documentaries, such as Jack Hanna’s Into the Wild, Ocean Mysteries With Jeff Corvin, Mariel Hemmingway's "Running From Crazy" along with airplay on the Music Choice “Soundscapes,”

A fundraiser hosted and sponsored by the Longmont Rotary and The Dickens Opera House with food provided by The Passenger Restaurant. Proceeds will benefit the Longmont Rotary’s local initiatives and partner nonprofits, as well as students in SVVSD.

Grab your puzzle buddy and compete to finish the 500 piece puzzle first! Teams of 2 people will get 2 hours to be the first to finish the puzzle or have the fewest remaining pieces within the time frame. There will be first and second place prizes.
For those wanting to work on a puzzle with others, but don't want to compete, there will be two tables with puzzles available to work on.

Celebrate the beginning of summer with a FREE pool party at Sunset Pool! Join your Children and Teens librarians and staff from Recreation Services for a fun afternoon outside. Pick up your Summer Reading Bingo Board, Library Summer Events Brochure, take a swim in the pool, slide down the water slides, and even sign up for swim lessons! Librarians will be on-hand to answer any questions about the program and recommend great events and books to check out this summer.

31st Annual Pig Roast

Rinn United Methodist Church, 3783 Bella Rosa Parkway
Rinn United Methodist Church, established in 1905, is hosting its 31st pig roast from 5:00 to 7:00 pm on June 8th this year. Eating will be outside under a big canopy as other years. If weather is bad it will be moved indoors. Entertainment will be Dean Himes.
Our classic menu includes pulled pork and beef, baked beans, coleslaw, pasta salad, potato salad, dessert and a beverage. The price for the meal is $14 for adults and $6 for children 5 – 10. We will again have a bake sale inside the church.

Roberta’s Legacy, a local nonprofit dedicated to walking along side those experiencing breast cancer, is hosting a fundraiser. The Fairy and Gnome Garden Party is open to people of all ages. There will be light food, drinks, a Fairy, and so many fun activities like face painting, making potions, dance parties, and more! Please join us and all the ticket sales will go directly to assisting those in the St. Vrain Valley during their breast cancer journey.
