CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On 2/7/18, a Longmont business in the 1800 block of Main St., reported damage to their window. The case status is open for follow-up.

AUTO THEFT

On 2/4/18, a Longmont auto dealership in the 1400 block of Nelson Rd., reported the theft of a vehicle via check fraud. The case remains open pending additional follow-up.

MENACING

On Tuesday, 02/06/18 at approximately 2255 hours, Longmont Police were dispatched to the 600-block of Grandview Meadows Dr in reference to a family disturbance involving an armed adult male. The male was later contacted and arrested.

AUTO THEFT

On February 7, 2018, the Longmont Police Department responded to the 1200 block of Kimbark Street on an auto theft which had just occurred. This case is closed.

MISSING PERSON

On 02/07/2018, Longmont police took a report of a missing person in the 1200 block of Lanyon Lane. The missing adult female was later located and in good health.

WARRANT ARREST

On February 7, 2018, Officers were dispatched to the1000 block of Kimbark St. in reference to a warrant. A adult male was located and taken into custody. Case cleared by arrest.

WARRANT ARREST

Longmont Police responded to the lobby of the police department on a report of a warrant arrest. An adult male was taken into custody on a municipal warrant and later released after he posted bond.

CHILD

On 2/7/18 Longmont Police responded to the 1200 block of S. Sunset St. reference a possible child abuse. The case was investigated and later closed due to lack of evidence.

WARRANT ARREST

Longmont Police responded to the municipal court on a warrant arrest. An adult female was taken into custody and later released after her bond was extended.

INFORMATION

On Wednesday, February 7, 2018 at approximately 0933 hours, an adult male sent a text to a female hair stylist in the 1200 Block of South Hover Road, first regarding a haircut, then asking for a better view for an extra tip. The case was investigated for the male trying to pander the hair stylist.

THEFT

On Wednesday, 02/07/18, a report was taken reference a theft which occurred in the 2400 Blk. of Pratt St. The case is closed as suspects are unknown.

CIVIL

On 02/07/2018 Longmont Police Officers were dispatched to a civil dispute between two adult males in the 2000 block of Diamond Dr. The two individuals were refered to the civil courts to reslove thier dispute. This case is closed.

WARRANT ARREST

On Wednesday, February 7, 2018 at approximately 2018 hours, an adult male was contacted in the zero hundred block of E Mountain View Avenue. The male was arrested on an outstanding warrant and was in possession of forged items. This case is cleared by arrest.

WARRANT ARREST

On February 5, 2018, Officers were dispatched to the 300 block of Ken Pratt in reference to a disturbance. After clearing the disturbance, an adult male was contacted in the area. It was determined he had active warrants and was placed into custody. Case cleared by arrest.

WELFARE CHECK

On Tuesday, February 6, 2018, at 0314 hours, Longmont Police investigated conducted a welfare check in the 1500 block of Main Street, Longmont. One suicidal adult male was taken into protective custody and transported to the Longmont United Hospital for a mental health hold/evaluation. The case was closed.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On Wednesday, February 6, 2018, at approximately 0921 hours, officers were dispatched to a possible cold First Degree Criminal Trespass (FDC) on the 2100 block of Spencer St in Longmont, Colorado. Dispatch advised that two vehicles were involved and one was damaged. The case is closed due to lack of suspect information.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On Wednesday, February 6, 2018, at approximately 1010 hours, officers investigated a cold First Degree Criminal Trespass (FDC) on the 2400 block of Spencer St in Longmont, Colorado. The case is closed due to lack of suspect information.

BURGLARY

On Tuesday, February 6, 2018 a Longmont resident reported his storage closet entered and tools stolen. This case is closed due to no suspect information.

CHILD

On 02/06/2018, Longmont Police responded to a disturbance call in the 2700 block of Copper Peak Lane. The call involved two brothers who had been physically fighting. When police arrived on scene, one of the involved parties had already left the scene. Police investigated the matter and spoke with the involved subjects. The case is exceptionally cleared.

DISTURBANCE

On 02/06/2018, Longmont Police responded to a residence in the 000 block of Telluride Pl. in Longmont regarding an active family disturbance. Police arrived and spoke with the involved subjects. No involved subjects wished to pursue charges, and the case is exceptionally cleared.

VICIOUS DOG

A Longmont woman was bitten by the family dog. The dog was placed on quarantine at home.

ASSAULT

On Wednesday, February 7, 2018 officers responded to a possible assault call in the 1800 block of Stroh Pl. After investigation there was no evidence of a crime. Case closed.

SEX ASSAULT

On January 31, 2018 Longmont Police took a report of sex assault on a child. Case still under investigation. Case Open.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Wednesday, February 7, 2018 at approximately 1636 hours, the Longmont Police Department responded to the 1400 block of Collyer St on a report of a domestic incident. This case is cleared by arrest.

WARRANT ARREST

On Wednesday, February 7, 2018, at approximately 1455 hours, Longmont Police responded on an attempt to locate in the 1000 block of Kimbark St. A 23-year-old male had an outstanding warrant and was arrested without incident. This case is cleared by arrest.
