FDC/CRIM TRESPASS
A Longmont resident reported a theft from her unlocked vehicle while it was parked in the Gold's Gym parking lot, 1250 S. Hover Street, Longmont, CO. The case status is closed due to lack of suspect information.
DRUG VIOLATION
On January 26th, 2018, an officer in the 4900 block of Nelson Rd received a report of juveniles using narcotics. Two juvenile females were later issued summonses for possession and consumption of marijuana. The case is cleared by arrest.
DUI
On January 28th, 2017, Officers were dispatched to the 1500 BLK of 9th Avenue on report of a hit and run accident. One adult male fled the scene after striking two parked vehicles. He was contacted shortly after and arrested for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. Case cleared by arrest.
PROTECTION ORDER
On Sunday, January 28, 2017 at about 2130 hours, Longmont Police were dispatched to the 700 lock of Folklore Ave on a report of a restraining order violation. Case open.
DUI
On Monday January 29, 2018, at approximately 0030 hours, the Longmont Police Department conducted a traffic stop for a vehicle disregarding a traffic control device at the intersection of 9th Ave., and Bowen St. The drive was operating the vehicle under the influence of alcohol. He was taken into custody and later released to a sober party. The case is cleared by arrest.
AUTO THEFT
On Monday, January 29, 2018 a Longmont resident reported her vehicle stolen. This case is closed due to no suspect information.
DISTURBANCE
On Friday 01/19/18, police investigated a disturbance in the are of 9th Ave and Deerwood Dr. Juvenile male was cited for disorderly conduct. Case is closed.
CHILD
On Monday January 29, 2018 at approximatley 1032 hours, Officer's responded to the 100 blk of 19th Ave in the City of Longmont, Boulder County, Colorado for the report of a found child. A report was taken. Case closed.
PROTECTION ORDER
On 012918, officers responded to an address in the 800 block of Independence Dr. An Affidavit Arrest Warrant was written for a transient female who violated a protection order. This case is open pending warrant approval.
WARRANT ARREST
On Monday January 29th, 2018, Longmont Police contacted a male who was found to have two warrants for his arrest. The male was arrested and transported to Boulder County Jail.

On Monday January 29, 2018 at approximately 1302 hours, Officer's responded to the area of Lashley St and Shavano St, in the City of Longmont, Boulder County, Colorado, for the report of a traffic complaint. A report was taken. Case closed.
CRIMINAL MISCHIEF
On Monday, January 29, 2018 a Longmont property manager call to report a criminal mischief incident that occurred over the weekend in a residential building he manages. This case is closed due no suspect information.
SHOPLIFT
On Tuesday, January 16, 2018, at approximately 1845 hours, an adult male entered a business in the 1200 block of South Hover Street and took merchandise without paying for the items. The male was later identified and issued a summons for theft on Monday, January 29, 2018. The case is cleared by arrest.
WELFARE CHECK
On 01/29/2018 Longmont Officers responded to 1900 block of Terry St. on a child welfare check. Upon arrival one juvenile female was contacted. Investigation ongoing. Case open.
THEFT
On Monday, 01/29/18, a report was taken reference a theft which occurred in the 2400 Blk. of Santa Fe Dr. The case is closed as suspects are unknown.
ATTEMPT TO LOCATE
On 01/29/2018, at approximately 1700 hours, Longmont Police responded to the 1000 block of 19th Ave, an address in the City of Longmont, County of Boulder, and State of Colorado reference an attempt to locate call. One adult female was located and arrested without incident for a probation violation. Case cleared by arrest.
SEX ASSAULT
On 012918 Longmont Police Officers were dispatched to a call of a female wanting to report a sexual assault in the lobby of the Police Department. A report is taken and passed on to detectives. Case is open following followup by detectives.
MENACING
On Monday, January 29, 2018 the Longmont Police Department responded to the 1100 block of Emery St. on a report of a menacing. An adult male was arrested for menancing and assault. Case cleared by arrest.
THEFT
On January 29, 2018 Longmont Police investigated a phone theft. The phone was pinged in Lafayette, however no suspects were identified. The case is closed.
AUTO THEFT
On Monday, January 29, 2018, at 2021 hours, Longmont Police investigated an auto theft in the 300 block of Quail Road, Longmont. The case was closed pending suspect information.
HARASSMENT
On 012918 Longmont Police Officers were dispatched to the 1200 block of S Coffman St. in response to a disturbance. No charges were filled. Case is closed due to victim not wanting to press charges.
DRUG VIOLATION
On Tuesday, 1/23/18, Longmont Police took a report of a someone possibly being drugged without their knowledge in the 1000 block of Sunset St. No evidence of a crime was found and the case is closed. This report written for information purposes only.

On Sunday January 28, 2018 at approximately 1539 hours, Officer's responded to the 4400 blk of Redmond Dr # 19-107 in the City of Longmont, Boulder County, Colorado for a possible restraining order violation. A report was taken. Case closed.
THEFT
On Sunday, January 28, 2018 at approximately 2145 hours, the Longmont Police Department received a report of a possible theft that occurred in the 1300 block of Martin St. This case is closed due to a lack of evidence.
SUICIDE ATTEMPT
On January 28, 2018, the Longmont Police Department responded to the 1000 block of Ponderosa Circle on a suicidal party. The adult male subject was later contacted nearby and transported to the hospital for mental health evaluation after becoming combative with officers. This case is closed.
PEDESTRIAN CONTACT
On 01-29-18 at approximately 0319 hrs. an officer stopped a male on a bicycle for a traffic violation. The male had a Larimer County warrant for his arrest. He was arrested and dropped off to a Larimer County Deputy.
ATTEMPT TO LOCATE
On Monday, January 29, 2018 at approximately 1526 hours, the Longmont Police Department responded to the 200 block of Main St on a report of an Attempt to Locate. An adult female was arrested and transported to Jail. This case is cleared by arrest.
