On October 6, the Longmont Observer and the League of Women Voters of Boulder County (LWVBC) are sponsoring a debate between Representative Ken Buck and Dr. Karen McCormick. The event is in partnership with the Longmont Museum, where the event will be held, 400 Quail Rd., Longmont.

The questions for the candidates have been taken from submissions from the entire district. Deadline for submitting questions is October 1. Questions can be submitted via the form below:

The debate is open to the public and free to attend, however, seating is first come, first served. The Longmont Museum Stewart Auditorium doors will open at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, October 6 and the debate will begin at 2 p.m. Interested parties can find more information and say that they will be attending by visiting the Longmont Observer Facebook page.

On the day of the event, the Longmont Observer will live-stream the event to Facebook. Longmont's public access channel, Channel 8, will be recording and live-streaming the event to Youtube.
