The Boulder County Commissioners Thursday will decide on gun show restrictions at the Boulder County Fairgrounds.

The 10:30 a.m. public hearing will cover updates to the county fairgrounds manual to incorporate gun show restrictions, gun show policies and other minor updates, according to the county agenda. A decision is slated following the public hearing.

The commissioners recently passed five gun control ordinances, which drew a lawsuit from the Rocky Mountain Gunowners, which claimed the new laws infringed on their Second Amendment rights.

Opportunity for live virtual public comment during the public hearing will be available, and written comments can be emailed to [email protected].
