Longmont Community Foundation (LCF) and Social Venture Partners Boulder County (SVP) announce today the presentation of a trio of essential trainings for nonprofit organization leaders. Registration is currently available for these online training sessions.

SVP brings together skilled volunteers with nonprofit organizations to increase collective impact. The SVP Partner member volunteers are engaged donors who bring skills and expertise to help nonprofits thrive. The Longmont Community Foundation (LCF) envisions a community that is inclusive, respectful and equitable.

The two organizations have come together to share this training with the Boulder County nonprofit sector and community, and to be an example of how we can amplify support to our communities by working together. As Josh Silberstein, CEO of SVP shares, “It takes organizations coming together to help provide lasting support to our community. We have so much respect for the Longmont Community Foundation and the work they have done. We are excited to partner with them.”

Eric Hozempa, CEO of LCF, also says, SVP does an extraordinary job in enhancing the work of nonprofits in our community. This partnership is a demonstration of the power of collaboration in helping our community organizations thrive. We’re honored to be involved.

Led by SVP, each training will cover a fundamental issue facing nonprofit boards. Whether you are just starting out on your service on a board or you are a seasoned director, you'll enjoy learning from SVP Partner Members.
