SVVSD Approves $211,848 Raw Water Fee to be Paid to the City of Longmont

The St. Vrain Valley School Board approved the payment of $211,848.98 to the City of Longmont for the Raw Water Fee. The fee pertains to the Annexation of the Sisters of Francis property that was approved in July 2007.

The St. Vrain Valley School Board approved the payment of $211,848.98 to the City of Longmont for the Raw Water Fee.

The fee pertains to the Annexation of the Sisters of Francis property that was approved in July 2007. This property currently houses the construction of the new Innovation Center.

According to the memorandum presented to the school board, "On August 23, 2017, the Board approved a payment of $191,936.23, but the cash-in-lieu fee has increased since that time."
