FRAUD On 09/04/2018, a Berthoud Colorado resident reported a lost debit card and fraudulent use of the debit card in Longmont. The case status is closed due to lack of suspect information.

The City of Longmont staff has recommended almost $90 million dollars in the upgrading the city's infrastructure, to be paid for with 3 new bonds. The bonds will be voted on by the citizens of Longmont in the November 2018 election.

Monday, September 3 INFORMATION The Longmont Police Dept. completed a possible elder abuse report for information purposes at the request of an outside agency.

Tom Roiniotis, the longtime general manager of Longmont Power & Communications who oversaw the creation of NextLight, will retire Sept. 28. Roiniotis has headed LPC since 1999.
