Arthur Gordon Sarlat, 91 yrs, passed away suddenly Friday, July 29, 2022.
He grew up in Weehawken, NJ. After high school he graduated from the University of Vermont, where he majored in Agriculture and Business.
In 1954, he married Sondra Ann Comora. Together they had 4 daughters-Ellen (Don), Jan (Dan), Fredricka (Pete), and Melissa (Ted), 7 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
Arthur’s interests included hosteling around the northeastern states, bowling, birdwatching and traveling.
Professional accomplishments were 1st Lieutenant in the US Airforce. Later he became a founding member and past president of the Northern Chapter of the Guild of Professional Paperhangers.
Arthur was preceded in death by his siblings, and his wife, Sondra. He is survived by his 4 daughters and their spouses, his grandchildren and great-grandchildren, as well as his loving companion of several years, Charlotte Bortolotti.
A memorial service will take place Friday morning at 10:30 at Temple Sinai, 3509 Glencoe St. Denver, Co. The family will accept visitors after the memorial from 1:30u until 4:30 at Fredricka’s home: 5326 S Telluride Ct. Centennial, Co 80015.
