Diana Jissel Varela Morales, 22, died unexpectedly January 28, 2024, at Aurora Medical Center hospital. She was born February 16, 2001, in Aurora Colorado, the daughter of Magdaleno Varela Menchaca and Mariela Morales Herrera.
Diana attended high school in Aurora CO. After high school Diana started working to save money for her studies, she had plans to one day be a veterinarian. Diana had a very loving heart. She would enter a room and shake hands and give everyone a strong greeting. In her short life Diana found love. One day her brother, Fabian, pointed out a boy and said, “Your boyfriend is here,” “you see, here is your boyfriend.” What started as a joke from her brother planted the seed and bore fruit. love. The love of her life was Jacob Salvides. Her siblings are left with many memories of several hidden dinners courtesy of the DoorDash driver bringing their food to the window and not the door. Diana will be remembered as a daughter, granddaughter, sister, niece, cousin, friend and for the way she is. She had a noble heart without evil.
Diana, was preceded in death by her grandmother Maria de la Luz Menchaca Martinez. And for her cousin Aylin Casteñon.
Diana is survived by her grandparents Jesús Javier Morales Castro, Eva Herrera and Firmin Varela, her parents Magdaleno Varela Menchaca and Mariela Morales Herrera, as well as her siblings Leonel Varela Morales, Fabian Varela Morales and Lizbet Varela Morales.
