Donna May Irvine went home to be with our Lord on Saturday, Sept 9th, 2023 with her children at her side.

She was born June 20, 1938 to Stewart and Leonainie Walker of Laramie, Wyoming where she grew up.  She was the second child of seven children.  After graduating from High School Donna attended Rockmont Bible College in Longmont Colorado and went onto to major in elementary education at the University of Wyoming in Laramie. She met the love of her life, R D Irvine while attending the University and they married in 1958.

Donna and R D began to raise a family in Laramie, which became three boys and three girls.  Around 1969 they moved the family to a ranch at Bosler, Wyoming and gave the children many memories to draw from in those short years before R D passed away in 1972. Some of those memories are of Donna playing the piano and singing to us children and the cows coming near to listen. Donna loved to sing, she wrote a song titled "Little Blond Boy" and we all loved to hear her sing about the "grasshoppers a hopping". Another memory is taking the children over the prairie to a deserted farm for the day and on the way back home coming across a baby antelope with the mother nearby. Many times, we went down to the river for picnics, were out in the barn milking the cow, and had family and friends' gatherings. Donna was an accomplished singer, pianist, seamstress, cook and Mother.

Donna eventually remarried and moved to Oregon with the children. Those years were filled with hard work in the construction industry, raising animals in a small country setting and getting into the Christmas tree selling business.  After the children grew up and were out on their own, Donna divorced and moved back to Wyoming.  She remarried again, but eventually that did not work out.  Donna lived on her own for a time, took care of elderly people and taught driving classes. She frequently enjoyed visiting with her sisters and brother, her children, grandchildren along with friends and other relatives.

Donna loved the Lord, and she taught her children about him; this is her greatest legacy besides her children. She is preceded in death by her husband R D Irvine, and son R J Irvine, her parents, Stewart L Walker and Leonainie (Harrison) Walker, sisters Verna Mc Callister, and Grace Riegle.

Is survived by her sisters Mary Bober, Dorothy George, Susan Riegle and brother Stewart E Walker. Children - Jamie Irvine, Teresa Nordby, Fern Clark, LaDonna Nicodemus and Casey Irvine. Grand Children - J. Kenton Irvine, Jackie Irvine, Kristen Roecker, Braden Roecker, Christine Simmons, Amy Clark, James Nicodemus, Tristian Nicodemus, Zack Irvine, David Irvine and Natalie Irvine along with 27 great grandchildren.
