Jerry J Compton (56) passed away on February 28, 2021 at Good Samaritan hospital in Lafayette Co. He was survived by his Wife Robin Compton, Daughter Faith Compton Daughter Jasmine Compton and Son Nathaniel Compton and Stepdaughter Brittany Elkins and four grandchildren.
Celebration of life will be held later this spring his favorite time of the year. Any donations maybe given to the immediate family. Jerry was a man who loved many of things he enjoyed working on his truck Christine that he bought when he was 16, He loved to watch the Colorado Avalanche and collect coins. He loved the cold weather and when it snowed. He had a little puppy named Little Lady and she was his best Friend. He was a man of many words he always had positive things to say and always made you feel as if you could get through anything.
Jerry loved his wife and his kids . Jerry loved to cook he was always throwing something together and every time it turned out to be amazing. “When I lost you, I wish I could see you one more time come walking through the door, But I know that is impossible, I will hear your voice no more. I know you can feel my tears and you don’t want me to cry, yet my heart is broken because I can’t understand why someone so precious had to die, I pray that god will give me strength and some how get me through as I struggle with the heartache. That came when I lost you!”
