April 6, 1948 - December 13, 2022

On Tuesday December 13, our beloved mom, grandmother, sister and friend, Died. Stupid Cancer took her from us. Now she is with God Eternally, we will see her again but right now we miss her terribly.

Mom was born April 6, 1948 in fort Morgan Colorado, to Harry and Dorothy Bath.  Her childhood was spent with her family farming in Fort Morgan until 1964 when they moved to Arvada and started Blue Barrel Disposal, but Ft Morgan was always her home. She attended CSU in Fort Collins and made some of her happiest memories working at the charco Broiler and Mr. Steak. Her natural beauty and sweet personality made a lasting impression on many customers and helped her meet her husband, John. The couple would live in Fort Collins until 1980 when they moved to Loveland. They had 2 daughters, DeAnn in 1975 and Cori in 1979. In 1992 they would divorce.  Our mom worked in sales starting with her parent’s company, Blue Barrel and then at Waste Management in Northern Colorado and finally her most rewarding time was spent at Gallegos Sanitation. She loved the Gallegos family and took great pride in helping grow the small family business. Finally in 1999 true to her nature, she left a safe, reliable paycheck and benefits to start her own successful business, J&D Cleaning. Her company is still providing new construction and long-term janitorial services to northern Colorado today.

Our mom found the most success in being a grandma. Many hours were spent with grandma going on scavenger hunts, helping with chickens and baby ducks and being spoiled by grandma. Her specialty was teaching them dumb, borderline inappropriate sayings to annoy their parents with endlessly in the car.

Our mom will be remembered for loving and trusting in God always above all else. Having the most beautiful flower pots every spring and way too many of them! Making pancakes that were so good your children will always remind you yours are not as good as grandmas. Feeding every wild bird for miles around twice a day. Having unending devotion to her horses, chickens and ducks & keeping season tickets to the Colorado Ballet for more than 20 years only to tortured DeAnn and delight Cori.

She was proceeded in death by her parents.

Left to miss her and promise to carry on her nerdy jokes are her daughters DeAnn (Jeremy) Young and Cori Kittelson. Grandkids Jeren, Kenna, Kelly Young and Finley Hancock. Many brothers, sisters, cousins nieces and nephews and Lifelong friend Donna Krenning.

Our family would like to especially thank her neighbors Vic & Crystal Wilcox, Ned & Karen Love and Joe Andrews & family, for all the times they selflessly helped our mom the last 2 years. Also to Nikki and Roxanne from Dignity Hospice, for all the wonderful care for our mom and us, Thank you is not enough. Services will be held Wednesday December 21, 1:00 at God’s Country Cowboy Church in Loveland.  Happy Christmas attire is encouraged.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Judi’s honor to God’s Country Cowboy Church
