The family of Roland “Ron” H. Webb of Loveland, CO is saddened to announce his passing on Wednesday, February 16th at the age of 91. Born May 5th, 1930 to Inez Webb and Charles Basil Webb in Wichita, Kansas. A patriot to the core, he served his country in WWII, the Korean War, and Vietnam as a flight medic and Navy Seabee. Following his service he became a computer engineer at Rockwell International in San Bernardino, CA. After retirement he served the community as a County Sheriff and a Deputy Fire Chief. Ron was a devoted family man, which prompted the move to Loveland where he found his calling as a rancher at Lazy J Bar S Ranch for nearly 30 years. He was an active outdoorsman, an avid gardener, and loved to read. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 72 years, Lora J. Webb; children: Kathleen C. Seanard, Wesley S. Webb, Shannon C. Miller, Kelly L. Oberg, as well as eighteen grandchildren, twenty-eight great-grandchildren, and numerous friends.
A celebration of life open house will be held at the Taylor residence on Monday February, 21st. Please contact the family for details. A funeral service will be held at a later date.
