Haven’t heard such news as of yet. The closest thing to Sobeys in the Greater Sudbury area is the Foodland in Garson. Foodland’s parent company is Sobeys Inc.

It would be really cool to turn this area into an indoor music venue, something similar to the Stockey Centre in Parry Sound. This venue can be used for weddings and other special events as well.

Cool to see a No Frills store coming to Sudbury. Usually items are a bit cheaper at No Frills stores. This location will be one of their small format stores.
