I hope they join Instacart with "in-store" pricing. Loblaws disappoints because they raise their online prices instead.

It's great that subsidized housing will increase its portfolio, but Mr Mayor and Council should consider a change in housing management from the current one who is a former city accountant and doesn't necessarily have the skillset to manage the homes of the impoverished. The city needs to work on its people skills and learn that just because affordable housing is provided to the poor, it shouldn't mean they can be treated as "less than". City Hall gets new paint jobs, carpets are replaced regularly and no one has to live there. Subsidized housing is a place to put the poor and then forget about them as decades will pass before some of these upgrades are even considered, if at all.

I really wanted to see the drone show and now I am glad that I didn't go. Based on what I saw on posted video and pictures, it was a letdown. 2D shaped images that were at times hard to make out and slow to change just don't deliver the WOW factor that fireworks do.

They are more affordable, but being part of the Loblaws chain, I don't expect their products to be much cheaper than FB. I also don't like where they are locating. Too much traffic congestion.
